Door needs some grease or something. The key was so hard to work and the door had to be “kicked” to open. The cold water on the tub didn’t want to turn off. It was ok.

Family 4th of July trip

We loved our stay! The room was pretty tidy and clean. The location was awesome! We took full advantage of the beach, pool and grilled out back on the beautiful sound side in the afternoon. Only draw back was that the room stays pretty light while the suns up so the toddler woke up with the sun. Lol But we still very much enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!! We will be back again!

Short getaway

The community was very nice. My grandson loved the pool. Beach is short walk across the road. Would be perfect if you could bring a boat. If there was somewhere you could rent topark trailer. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Great location!

We went to spend a weekend at the beach with our son. Having the beach access across the street plus a pool just outside the door was advantages. We were able to visit the sites on the island and the weather was perfect.

Beach Trip

Overall everything was fine. I love the location and the pool area is really nice as well is the access to the beach. the room could have had more hanging racks for towels and clothes. the tub is not accessible for someone older to get in and out of. nothing to hold on to and a deep step in and out of tub. I took my sister who is 80 and she had difficulties with this. loved the location of the room.

Great quaint place

My husband and I went and it was a great place to stay. Loved that the beach access was right across from the condo. Also loved that there was a clean pool. The room was adequate and clean. We would stay here again.

Had a great time but…

Had a great time but was not aware you had to bring your own extra towels and toilet paper or paper towels. We stayed 7 days and 2 of each for 4 people. The bathtub stopped up but did go down after the shower. The pool was great. Loved it. The beach was awesome too. That’s what I went for anyway. Also stated there was a coin laundry. It’s not on the property you drive back over the bridge to a laundry mat. Other than that it was great

Peaceful stay

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter. We stayed here last year and really enjoyed it so we came back this year. It is such a great little place. My granddaughter loved the pool and the short walk over to the beach. We can't wait to come back next summer.

Need an Exterminator

The location was great, the size was perfect , the pool was very clean but we saw roaches in the first 5 minutes. The bathtub drain wouldn’t drain well while showering ,almost overflowed. Everything else was great.

Summer vacation—2022

We had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was right there. The room was fully furnished with all the items we needed for our time. Our grandson and his parents enjoyed the pool. Highly Recommend

This is our 4th year staying at this location and our first time at this particular unit. Elaine was wonderful to work with from beginning to end and I would highly recommend staying here. The unit was beautiful and close to everything you need for your stay. Even though we were welcomed with a tropical storm, we had a wonderful time. We hope to return again.

Small, close to beach

Overall this property was okay! Perfect location. Great swimming pool. The beach was literally across the street and was so nice and quiet!! Wasn’t the cleanest upon check in, though wasn’t terrible. Just needed a good deep clean I think. Biggest complaint was the mattresses that squeak if you get in bed/roll over and are hard as a rock. Even my 7 year old said his back hurt. Also the shower was pretty horribleness. The drain doesn’t drain well at all and the water pressure is insane. Most uncomfortable shower I think I’ve ever experienced. It was okay for a short stay, I don’t think I could stay here longer than 3 days.

My Senior Parents and I Stayed In This Condo And It Was Perfect For Us! The Pictures Are Exactly What You Get... Meaning That They Are Current Pictures. From the Beginning It Has Been A Great Experience! I Had Questions That I Wanted To Ask Before I Made A Reservation And They Were Answered Quickly. Not what I was expecting.

The price shown online was not even close to the actual price upon check out. The pictures made the space look much bigger. Not worth anywhere near the price per night. Would have been ok at the posted price but I never like seeing roaches where I am staying while paying the price of a 4 star hotel.

Location Location Location!

Conveniently located along Atlantic Beach! Spectacular sound side views, boat launch (for a fee), HUGE outdoor green space, grills, and more. Room was clean and spacious. Made friends with Wes the property manger…great guy. Cooked a Boston butt near the water and ended up feeding half of the complex haha Such a fun place! Thanks!

Girls weekend - had lots of fun - perfect location

Great place to stay. Everything is as stated. Very nice pool, soundside view is beautiful, beach is right across the street. Close to everything you need. Very quiet while we were there. Owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely love to go back. We highly recommend this unit.

Labor Day Visit 2021

The location was fabulous! The pool was awesome and clean. The room was not great. Bathroom floor was filthy and the kitchen not well equipped at all. The blinds were broken and could not be Closed leaving a bright outdoor light shining in all night.

Last minute Labor Day Weekend Trip

This was a perfect location for our family of 4! The condo was clean, the pool was recently redone, and has a wonderful community. You couldn’t ask for better access to the beach, being right across the street. Communication with the owners was FABULOUS!!!

Fantastic Condo

We had a fantastic experience! The coffee pot needed to be replaced and Ms Creel was Extremely responsive and replaced it the same day. We couldn't ask for a better experience. I HIGHLY Recommend !!! Thank you ❤️
