Spettacolare condominio fronte oceano in posizione altamente desiderabile. Magnifici tramonti dalla piscina / vasca idromassaggio o il tuo lanai privato. "Il litorale è roccioso e fantastico per lo snorkeling, tuttavia non c'è una spiaggia sabbiosa direttamente di fronte". La piscina è proprio sull'oceano e guarda verso il centro di Kona in lontananza. Ottima vista dello spettacolo del 4 luglio nella baia di Kialua. Sea Village Condo è a pochi passi dal centro storico di Kona. Abbastanza vicino per comodità, ma abbastanza lontano per un soggiorno tranquillo. Il condominio ha la sua grande piscina privata riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio, entrambe con vista sull'oceano. Barbecue per cucina all'aperto. Caffetteria situata sulla proprietà. Questa è una struttura condominiale molto privata che vanta una delle migliori viste a Kona. La casa è molto ben fornita di forniture per la cucina, lavatrice / asciugatrice e altri servizi per garantire il massimo comfort. Siamo molto orgogliosi di garantire che la vostra vacanza sia all'insegna del relax e del comfort. Le Grandi Isole vantano una varietà di spiagge sabbiose e fantastiche spiagge per lo snorkeling. Great Honeymoom Spot

This was a great location and a great little space for us to use as home during our stay! Loved being able to wake up and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful ocean view!

Beautiful remodeled condo with great views. The property is well taken care of by staff. The owner Chris is extremely nice and very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay!

Wonderful Stay

Spacious condo with great view, close to town and had all the amenities and supplies needed for our stay. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. Chris is a great host, highly recommend his place!

The condo was beautifully remodeled and well stocked with all we needed. Great location. Less than a mile walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. AND whale watching!

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at this condo for the week! The location cannot be beat. Chris was sure to answer all questions and was great to work with. He fills the condo with so many amenities - it felt like home as soon as you walked in the door.

Best Stay in Kona

The stay was just what we wanted. When we arrived the property manager had food available for us since we arrived late in the day. The property was like the photos and very clean. Everything we could have needed the property provided. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and was very helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay there again. It was everything we were looking for and some. We are so thankful to have found this property and are looking forward to returning there again!

Complex was very low Key

The Condo has well equipped and comfortable. Had diner in most nights and great sun sets off the balcony.

Big Island....Fun and Adventure

This condo was exactly has described. Location was perfect for seeing all of the sights on the Big Island. There was snorkeling gear, and anything else you needed for the beach. Everything you may need has been thought of. Great rental.

Great place, great view

Overall, we were very impressed with the place from the location, to the cleanliness, to the view. Every morning around 630/7am the dolphins swam in the bay and we could see them from the kitchen. The pool was great if you just wanted to relax after being out and about all day. We loved Kona and definitely will be back. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Perfect spot for relaxing

This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Great Location, amazing views!

My wife and I stayed here for just under a week and we loved its proximity to downtown Kona. We would see dolphins in the morning if we happened to be out on the lanai drinking our coffee. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all my wife and I had a fantastic stay here and would happily come back to this condo!

Awesome!!

This condo has everything ! It’s spacious, all completely new & beautiful. It is home away from home with new all Bosch appliances & all the amenities you could want. It’s also very quiet. The TempurPedic bed was wonderful. We stayed here from 3/1-3/15, 2024 & will go back in a heartbeat. The ocean view is gorgeous. Sad to leave the island now as we sit at the airport awaiting our flight.

Amazing!

Fantastic Stay in Kona

My husband and I spent a week at this well located condo. Communication with Chris, the owner, was outstanding. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware and dishes, there were plenty of beach items (including a small cooler, which was great), and beach towels. The common areas were very nicely maintained, and we appreciated the grills and picnic tables. The sunset view may have been one of the best parts of our vacation!

Perfect!

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Shortly after we arrived, we witnessed a beautiful sunset and things just got better! The hosts have thought of everything, so check it out BEFORE you go shopping! I can’t say enough about this place!

Aloha! Best Kona location !

Our stay was better than anticipated, very well equipped condo with everything we needed including all the beach toys to use! Fresh fruit was waiting for us on our arrival too. Easiest check in we've experienced in our travels to Hawaii. Very close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The free trolly was a surprise and could be picked up right across the street. We walked to most places and enjoyed the views along the way. Chris, the owner, was available anytime we we reached out. Very responsive! We will be back!

Kona Sea Village

Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation rental

This condo was the perfect location for all Kona has to offer. The condo is about a 15 minutes walk from downtown Kona and is close to wonderful coffee shops. The view from the lanai is wonderful and a great place to spend every sunset. They also go through extra steps to ensure the condo is ready for their arrivals including fresh fruit ( amazing!), fresh flowers, hawaiian music playing, and a wonderful fragrance in the entire condo. This location went above and beyond our expectations. They have all kitchen appliances that anyone would need on their vacation in Hawaii. In addition, Chris checked in every couple days to ensure we had everything we needed and provided the best 'secret' breakfast spot in town for Loco Moco. We went to this restaurant after snorkeling and it was the perfect hearty hawaiian breakfast. This was honestly a gem to find and the next time we are in Kona we will be staying here!! Mahalo!

Perfect!

I loved staying at this rental! I stayed there with a good friend of mine and it was the perfect size and location. The lanai really does face the ocean and you get great views of the sunsets in Kona. I have some great pictures of the sunset and sailboats coming by. Most of the other people there were visitors like myself, but they were all returning visitors because they liked the property so much. I never had any problems with parking or getting in and out of the condo. Chris was very helpful in every aspect of our stay and there were no hitches other than the washer decided that it couldn't go on living right before our stay. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience, and we survived. :) I would most definitely stay here again, this rental had everything we needed and more!

Review of our stay at Chris Greene's condo

Chris was an excellent and responsive host. The location of the unit and its view of the ocean are great. Everything worked well (except for one cabinet door that fell off), but most of the furnishings are, I would say, well used. There is a lot of noise from traffic, poor sound-proofing of the units, people talking, etc. The bedroom would really benefit from air conditioning. It was challenging to make it comfortable for sleeping using a combination of fan setting, window opening, and bed covers. But, all in all, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our visit.
