My newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2300qft house, has plenty of amenities for your family to relax on your vacation.
POOL - Completely fenced in for privacy with large porch, perfect for those hot Texas days!
FIRE PIT - Roast Marshmallows with the kids!
GAME ROOM - Table Shuffleboard, TV with Super Nintendo and Sega, Board games, and Card table!
It's only a few miles East of Cowboys, Rangers, SixFlags, and UTA!
PETS: Must be pre-approved. $80 per pet
No parties or events allowed. Guests from DFW will need prior reviews.

The location was perfect for all festivities the house was perfect with things to entertain pool was perfect temperature host was very responsive and helpful definitely will be back.

Joseph's Property

We had a nice stay at Joseph's property. It was in a great location, close to Globe Life Field. The house was clean, with all the amenities we needed. The pool in the back yard was also a nice plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Tired Property, Poor Value, Lots of Rules, Nice Host

The condition of this property is well below standard. It has clearly been maintained with the minimum effort/cost. Once we booked the place (nonrefundable) we learned of the long list of rules and expectations. And there was 50% bump in cost once booked, in reference to the stated price per night. Host is very nice and we hate to call out this property as unacceptable but you really should look elsewhere unless the location is paramount for your stay. BTW, there are some sketchy folks nearby that were unsettling for our family, and we're no snobs. Mostly around the gas station a block away. This one is a No Go for us in the future.

Weekend home

Home was in a good location, but we had so many issues. It has been updated, like the description said, but it was not quality work. Hooks were falling off the wall, light fixtures did not work, dishwasher door had to be pulled to the right to close......The biggest issue was some black grit all in the bottom of the pool and all over the porch and deck. This was not a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Great house, great location, great amenities, great communication from the owner!

We were looking for a rental home near Globe Life Field & Six Flags for a summer weekend get-away with family. This house met all of our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the time we made our reservation we had timely and useful communication from the owner. Joe even reached out a few hours before the check-in time to let us know that the property would be available a little early. The house was clean and well stocked with lots of condiments and kitchen/bath necessities, plenty of freshly washed towels and even a few welcome snacks. We enjoyed all of the games and swimming pool, and really took advantage of the spacious living areas of the home. The neighborhood is close to I-30 which makes it extremely accessible to many local attractions. There are sidewalks close by that we took full advantage of with our four-legged friend. The area seemed safe and quiet during any time of the day or night. A few bathroom towel hooks could use tightening, some of the doors do not open and close smoothly, and the bedroom carpets could be replaced, but honestly that's just nit picking this well maintained property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service

Joe was very helpful and responsive The house was really nice and not far from the airport! It wasn’t a long drive The kids didn’t want to get out of the pool and we had so much fun And best part was the hot tub! We enjoyed it so much and my husband did have a great Father’s Day weekend

Wonderful time!

My daughter, niece and I went to Arlington for a state competition. Needless to say, this home was the perfect home away from home. The kids loved the pool and hot tub plus the game room. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool needed some cleaning and that was quickly addressed. Joseph was very responsive and extremely friendly. There were towels for both pool usage and for showering to include bathroom basics which was very nice. The kitchen has everything you could need however we mostly ate out, nevertheless you could certainly cook a meal. The neighborhood was perfectly located to main attractions like six flags and baseball field. Very easy to get on the highway from the house. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!!!

Great place and convenient location

This place was so convenient to all of the things we had planned! The host also gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and visit. Very accommodating to our change in arrival time. Will definitely stay here again.

Great gathering place

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very kid and dog friendly. The game room and pool kept us occupied. Kitchen was well stocked. Walk in shower in master was nice. Joe was easy to reach. We would come back again.

Great for Family

We had a great time staying at this property. Game room was so much fun. Plenty of space for everyone and had a blast in the pool. Property owner provided detailed information, always available for questions and easy to communicate with.

THE HOUSE
Beautiful landscaped 3 bedrooms, 2 baths home in a super convenient location just south of DFW airport and east of the ATT Stadium. My home has all new items updated August 2019 like 5 ton AC, New Roof, New Water Heater, Granite Counter Tops, matching Whirlpool SS appliances, faucets, sinks, and toilets. All light fixtures are modern with a farm house decor.
THE POOL
This home offers nice size swimming pool with a huge porch. Have your morning coffee on the patio set. Let the kids burn off energy in the pool before you settle in for the night.
THE GAME ROOM
Situated away from the bedrooms, try out the new 9ft table shuffle board for hours of fun! Or challenge your kids to some of your favorite Super Nintendo and Sega games on the retro versions of the systems - loaded with a ton of games!
Better yet, have a family game night and play Code Names or Poker!
THE FIRE PIT
The fire pit is ready for you to roast some marshmallows. If we have extra wood, we will store it by the fire pit for your convenience.
GAME CHEST
The patio has a game chest with Giant Jenga, frisbees, giant bucket pong, and more!
