Great getaway!

The unit was lovely - clean and well appointed for a short stay. Only 10 minute walk to everything on offer at Cowes. Short drive to all other attractions on the island. Thanks to the hosts for making us feel so welcome at Butterfly House!

Arlette seemed lovely and was very rexponsive. Only let down was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The air fryer was dirty and we had to give it a very good clean prior to using. The tray in the oven, fridge, utensils, mugs and cupboards were also pretty dirty. Bit disappointing. Not sure we would recommend to other travellers.

Hi Rhiannon Am sorry about that. It’s good that you have raised it, if not l would not be aware of it. I will have a word with the cleaner. I would take it as a constructive feedback. Thank you Rhiannon.

A gem of a place!

Stayz had seemingly messed up our booking, which I noticed at the last minute and contacted the owner about. Arlette was very patient and offered me options, which I appreciated. The house was immaculate and cosy. Beds were clean abd comfy and enough clean towels etc. Supermarkets are a 20 min walk away and the beach just a little further. Quiet location, though near a main road. The small outdoor area was lovely to sit in with a cuppa. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It’s unfortunate that Stayz messed up with your booking but at the end we worked it out and the main thing you and your family had a lovely time.

Great for family

We booked 3 nights accommodation for my family. The house was neat and clean and it had everything we needed for a short stay. A short drive to all attractions and shops. We definitely stay here again.
