この見事な装飾が施されたタウンハウスには、非常に快適なベッド、すべてのキッチンとランドリーの器具と製品、テレビ2台、DVDプレーヤー2台、CDプレーヤー1台が備わっています。 その他の機能には、リバースサイクル、2階と2階のスプリットシステムエアコン、およびマスターベッドルームと��カンドベッドルームの両方のBIRがあります。 また、共用の太陽熱温水地下プール、夏の午後の楽しい日陰のバーベキューエリアも利用できます。

ピーク期間

SEA BREEZE HOLIDAY

This property needs some maintenance.....lights do not work - need new globes. The blinds are old and faulty. The sliding doors are hard to open and close - locks need WD40 to help them. The air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom is faulty. I rang and reported it and the person I spoke to on Monday 13th told me to switch it on and off at the fuse box which I did. It slightly improved it but it needs to be serviced as it does not work consistently. The upstairs air conditioner only turns on and off if you are directly underneath it....and you have to press the button a heap of times before it works. All this was disappointing as it was not a "cheap" stay. Also maybe a couple of full rolls of toilet paper rather then the leftovers from the pervious guest..... the cleaning was hit and miss.....sand in the washing machine and laundry trough....crumbs in the cupboards etc. It is the little things that make it special. The pool was great and so was the location. I am not sure I would ever stay here again although I loved bits of it.

Sea Breeze review

Had a great stay and unit was very convenient and a great detour. We had one minor issue with bed listing 2 singles and 2 queens when in fact it was 3 queens and 1 single. Overall it was clean,tidy and comfortable. Thank you!

Family get away together

Great location, ideal layout for family , disappointing was the outdoor area from the downstairs bedroom, very untidy & the clothes line wasn’t able to be used as there wasn’t any wire.

Specious convenient location

We stayed there for 2 nights with one another family and its very family friendly spacious house with lot of amenities. Highly recommend for family get-away.

Nice location but the house needs some TLC

It was disappointing to see our garage won’t close.. this was a bit concerning though the complex is locked so not the end of the world. We lost power which was a bad coincidence. House is decent, clean and good value for the price.

Perfect Location!

We are regulars at Phillip Island and travel to the area every chance we get. We usually use Stayz for booking our accommodation and this property was another gem! Perfectly located, close to the main street, shops and the beach. What more could you ask for! Well equipped, neat and clean. This was the complete package. Would definitely love to stay here again! Good Location

The house has most things you would require for a week stay. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and the house is roomy. Some things are a bit tired and need a clean up or replacing and the beds are NOT comfortable. The booking agent was organised and the booking was easy to make and we were given instructions for check in in plenty of time.

Also very easy access to the track via back roads and largely free of traffic. A fantastic stay in a fantastic place!

Great Property

Hi, We went as a group of 5 for a relaxing holiday away. I've been organizing about 2-3 trips away each year at different Stayz accommodation for the last 9 years, and I would have to say this is the cleanest one we have been to. The set up is great - two stories, one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. No dust anywhere - the place was spotless. To nit pick, there was one knife missing - so one person had to go without, and the downstairs toilet button is a bit wonky - but still works. Location is great, place was fantastic - I've never rebooked the same place before, but I'm definitely hoping to come back here again.

Great owner, Excellent property

We found the property to be very clean and well kept. Very comfortable for 6 people. Have everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The location is close to the beach (1 min. walk) and shops. Bernadette and her team are just wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

Highly Recommend, I will stay again

My family recently stayed at this complex in Sea Breeze, modern, clean, self contained and everything is supplied. Bernadette is awesome to deal with when you book. If your looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely book again next time I stay in Phillip Island.
