Beach Realty was notified by former tenant Friday 9-10 that the AC was not working. Well it took till Wed. afternoon late 9-15 to do easy fix. That left only 2 days of AC for 6 of 8 bedrooms (81 degrees)in our beach house, plus family room, bathroom and most of all pool table, bar room. Thursday 9-16 Spectrum finally came & fixed TV @ pool table, bar that we use to watch sports. Bathroom ground floor, locked from both sides, BR person broke in to give us access, we found towel in plastic wrap inside. Safety item, all 4 LED lights OUT in elevator, tells me its light switch or breaker which I reset & did not fix. 96 year old mother-in-law and 74 year old wife with walker could not go into elevator by them selves, unloading luggage & food not safe, they NEVER FIXED ALL WEEK. Swimming pool, paid $500. to heat, that was good, but pool never cleaned 9-11, pool guy came Tues. just put chemicals in, did not clean pool sand, NO 1 came Wed. as promised by BR, when they cut grass between 2 houses, they blew tons of clippings under open fence into pool, turned scum green layer around whole pool, till it sunk to bottom with sand never cleaned on 9-11. Bach area by grill is not sucking water, wend into pool room, read box, said , system error, also hot tub jests only working half way compared to last year, so that is why I should be refunded my $500. for dirty pool, not able to use, and compensated for NO AC 6 of 8 bedroom more than half of week, and Safety item, Elevator never fixed all week, a reason we rented house, also beach access dropped down 3 ft. after our beach steps, BR said not there problem, but you state easy beach access, which you did not provide, we shelved for 2-3 days do fix safety problem, that is why again, why we should be compensated for all your failures to make our beach house safe, and give us the beach house we paid for last year with no complaints. We notified BR every day of all or most of your problems to fix, but you let us down. (SAD)I have pi
