Light airy beach house with spacious elevated sun-drenched balcony.

Pure cotton linen and bath towels supplied for your convenience.

Located across from the beach in the quiet part of Hat Head.

Fresh modern décor provides ideal living space for eight.

Upstairs is a focal point for relaxing and socialising. This generous area features northern sunny balcony overlooking the forested sand dune. Outdoor entertaining area connects with well-equipped new kitchen and air conditioned, open plan living space.

Our holiday accommodation provides all linen for your convenience. Just pack your essentials.

Enjoy extras supplied. Relax inside with WIFI, games table and books. Play bat and ball games in the leafy fenced yard. Play a game of table tennis in the large garage. Laugh while flying kites on the beach.

Easy living with wooden floorboards, dishwasher, clothes dryer and washing machine.

Double lockup garage with drive through to back yard provides secure under cover protection.

Outdoor shower is a must-have for rinsing off sand and salt water.'

A $40 Booking Fee plus a separate Cleaning Fee Applies to all bookings.

Hat Head and surrounds

Being surrounded by a National Park and the ocean, Hat Head is a remote pristine beachside setting. A perfect getaway half way between Brisbane and Sydney.

The main Hat Head beach offers over 10 kilometres of relaxed walking and fishing. Swimming at its protected southern end, including the tidal creek, is a regular favourite.

Abundant opportunities for more adventurous bushwalking and bird watching exist around the rugged headland and along isolated beaches.

Hat Head is also well known for its fishing (including boat ramp) and whale watching during the annual migration (June to November).

Terrific location. We stay at Ammaboola for 3 weeks every autumn. It is a very practical house with a downstairs area for the grandchildren who joined us for one weekend. We had to extend our stay for 4 days as the road was blocked in the floods. The agents were terrific keeping us informed and the owner most helpful in our predicament.

Close to beach, clean

Close to the beach, clean and plenty of room for a family. The separate downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for teens.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately it was quite windy and rain showers and rough seas so fishing was not great. I had to leave a day early due to cyclone Alfred approaching the Gold Coast where I live. My brother stayed the full stay as he is from Newcastle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Layout of property over two floor suits our group with downstairs separate bedroom and ensuite/ laundry. Direct access to beach through dunes for early morning walk and swim in the surf or creek. Ist floor balcony good for cool breeze. Quiet end of Hat Head.

Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable and welcoming home, but with several issues.Downside is that 4 of the 6 beds are very small.Needs to be advertised as 4 adults, 4 children.Needs another queen bed in the 3rd bedroom.The house needs doormats, tea towels and hand towels to be accurately described as " linen provided"BBQ dirty - grease tray was full. For the price I would have expected one with a hood.Good living area layout

Relaxing getaway

Reviewer Comments: Ammaboolah has everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday..well equipped kitchen..games for kids..games room downstairs..beach equipment including boogie boards etc..beds were all made up with good quality linen & towels supplied which many rentals don't include..such a hassle if it's byo. Track to beach across the road. Hat Head is awesome..all that's missing is a little cafe / coffee shop.

A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

The house was clean and well set up in a quiet part of town. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. A great place to enjoy the beauty of Hat Head.

Hat head stay

Fantastic property, loved the large deck and the downstairs area is cool and quite in the hot weather. Save yourself a few hundred dollars and book through the real estate rather than pay the admin fee on Stayz

Awesome Beach House for Relaxing Holidays

This is a great house to spend a relaxing holiday by the beach. The location was fantastic and quiet. Comfortable living with the added benefits of nicely renovated bathrooms/kitchen and owners supply linen and bath towels.....makes for an easy visit. Kitchen very well equipped. Great backyard and lots of games to keep everyone young and old happy. Reasonably priced. Great WiFi. Well done

Great little house in a great spot

Great little house, we loved Hat Head and thought the house was very true to the pictures, perfect for our 2 families and super well equipped (loads of games and good kitchen)
