Casita Azul med pool

NY Ferielejlighed tilgængelig fra 9. juni 2019: Hyggeligt 1 soveværelse / 1 bad hus i spansk stil med en fælles pool, stort dæk og udendørs rum. Dette sommerhus ligger på bagsiden af hovedhuset og har sin egen private indgang og 500 kvadratmeter dæk. Færdig til en høj standard er hytten fra 1931 kun 1 blok til Lucerne-avenue og to blokke til det vigtigste centrum, Publix supermarked og Starbucks. Du er mindre end en kilometer til Lake Worth offentlige strand.

Sommerhuset deler poolen med Belle Flower Oasis (også på HomeAway. Ejeren af begge ejendomme bor i det tredje sommerhus. Alle er på et indhegnet dobbeltparti. Der er rigelig gratis parkering på gaden. Der er separat opholdsstue og spisepladser, separate gasgrill-grill til hvert hus og gratis separate vaskeri til hvert hus. Puljen deles, men alle har deres eget private rum.

Det indvendige og udendørs område blev totalrenoveret i januar 2019. Sommerhuset har et komplet køkken med gaskomfur, køleskab i fuld størrelse og mikroovn. Soveværelset har en queensize-seng. Der er et stort fladskærms-smart-tv med WiFi og direkte tv.

The place was as advertised. All of the reviews about Roger were on the spot. I am trans and Roger made me feel welcome and was even willing to reschedule me to a different date where I would have the privacy and entire place to myself. I will be back many more times.

Great stay in Lake Worth Beach

Great location, very close to the beach which has ample parking. The kids really enjoyed the pools. Roger was friendly and had plenty of good tips during our stay.

Amazing time - awesome pools

Loved the stay. Roger was terrific planning and keeping us informed. The 2 heated pools were amazing. The place was great. Had everything we needed and wanted. Look forward to coming back again.

Hidden gem in Lake worth

Excellent location in lake Worrh walking distance to Publix and pharmacy -3 km, ocean- 2km , surrounded by restaurants and easy access to I 95.

Short stay

We had a short stay and we will be back again. Roger our host was one of the nicest owners we have ever had contact with, he made our short stay very special. The cottage was clean and comfortable for my family and I. We used the pool and for dinner took Rogers recommendation and had a great time.

A great little place!

This rental was true to the listing details. Very clean and bright. Roger is very attentive and was either immediately available or accommodated our schedule for anything we needed. We will search Roger’s rentals out for future stays.

Hidden Gem

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is decorated to a high standard, the grounds (especially the pool) are perfect, and you’re walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. It’s one of those places where you feel immediately like you’re at home. The host made us feel so welcome and was constantly checking in with us (in a good way) to see if we needed anything else. I would absolutely stay here again.

So amazing

I was meeting a friend down in Florida and we came across Roger’s “casita azul”. How lucky we were. Just beautiful. Two outdoor pools, both heated, very secluded. Beds so comfortable and Roger even provided us with a fruit basket, and all the supplies needed for a beach day. I can’t wait to plan another trip to this hidden treasure. 5/5 stars.

Best birthday ever!!!!

This place is one of the best most accurate places I’ve ever stayed at. The host rodger was amazing. More than amazing. He provided everything for me and my boyfriend. I had the best birthday, and the location is so close to everything. I even walked to downtown and Publix!!! I wish I lived here myself. Thank you Rodger. You will be seeing us again in July! No complaints. No problems.

A Hidden Paradise!

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to stay at Casita Azul for 8 days. It had everything we needed for a blissful, sun-filled, laid back vacation. Between the two pools, many lounging areas and gorgeous landscaping, our biggest decision was whether we wanted the sun or the shade! Roger was the perfect host and provided everything we needed during our stay. He even brought us a gift of fresh tortillas that were still warm from a local vendor! All the restaurants and things to do that Roger recommended were spot on as well. He really is the BEST. We are already talking about when we can return to Casita Azul! Thanks, Roger, for everything!

Cute Little Cottage

Cottage, back patio & pool were very nice. Our stay was ok here. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Didn't realize that there were railroad tracks SUPER close to the property so any time a train went passed it shock the cottage. Our internet wasn't that great and with the CWS going on, we couldn't get to watch the baseball games without it freezing up at times. Besides the above, the property itself was great and the area outside was relaxing. I enjoyed having my morning coffee there and hanging out with Maytag and Joel.

Best vacation! (Getaway for my wife)

This was by far the best vacation! My only drawback was that I didn’t have more time to spend there. The location was great! My husband had rented it for my daughter and I to spend some time together and see an old girlfriend of mine that lives there. Roger was so gracious and provided everything that we needed! Could not ask for better place, its a paradise!

This place is just wonderful! We are a family of four, our 2 daughters 6 and 8 years old just loved the place and the pools (so did we). Roger is a wonderful host, he had many good tips for what there is in the area to do and he is so genuinely nice. Ther is a railroad close to the property, but in our opinion that just added some more exitment. We did not think it was disturbing at all. you will not find any more cosy and better place like this. There is a Publix supermarket close by and some nice restaurants. If you look in to this add and the place is available for your desired dates, then dont waste more time by looking further, This is the place to stay at! We are so happy and grateful to have stayed here. Thank you Roger for all that you have done to make our stay the best!

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved Casita Azul. Our main reason for visiting the area was to attend Nationals spring training and the location of the house was ideal, about 15 minutes from the ballpark. The casita itself was the perfect size for my husband and myself. We used the covered outdoor seating area every evening. The pools were inviting and refreshing. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and to the beach. My husband found a gym within a 5 minute walk and was able to keep up his fitness routine. Lake Worth has a thriving downtown area with many restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance of the casita. Roger was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations on restaurants and activities. We will return in 2024

Perfectly thoughtful home in paradise

Wow! This is the best short term rental I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel A LOT. Roger & his team have really created an oasis in adorable Lake Worth Beach, with many thoughtful details including a bottle of wine & fruits to greet you on arrival. After 2 weeks of European adventures, that rosé was heaven sent! The property is just gorgeous with a sparkling pool & lots of tropical plants, palm trees & even two cute cats. Casita Azul was ideal place to hold up for a 3 day virtual work retreat, I only wish I wasn’t jet lagged so I could have done more than just pass out after work in the super comfy bed. Those sheets were soooo soft! I also appreciated the information about the historic cottages like this, super cool. I can’t wait to go back when I’m not working so I can really appreciate the awesomest lil casita in South Florida.

I'm Roger and have been hosting guests here in Lake Worth Beach for more than 10 years. I live on site in my own cottage adjacent to the rentals. I am here to help with tips on where to go, what to do and great places to eat. I have a second home in a castle in Germany and travel there from time to time. I speak English, German, Spanish and a bit of Dutch.

The rentals are within a short two to three block walk of everything Lake Worth Beach offers: grocery store, post office, coffee houses, restaurants, art theater, playhouse, live music venues and bars. The beach is a 20 minute walk or five minute bus ride away.

The compound has three cottages (I live in one) with lots of outdoor space, private areas and two heated pools. If you like cats, Joel, Maytag and Culita roam the property.
