There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and 2 bathrooms with remodeled walk-in showers.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, plus we provide coffee K-cups, shampoo, conditioner and soaps.
There is a washer and dryer in the house and we provide laundry detergent.

A barbecue grill is available in the backyard for your enjoyment.
The BBQ grill and the backyard are share with the main house and the guesthouse with the long term tenant.

PLEASE NOTE, there is a tenant in the guest house in the backyard, so we kindly ask that you respect their privacy.

The entire front house is yours to enjoy, featuring three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, dining area, and a washer and dryer.

The backyard is fully fenced and shared with the guest house in the back.
PLEASE NOTE, there is one tenant in the guest house. The driveway is reserved for their use, so kindly refrain from parking there.

However, there is ample free street parking available for your convenience.

If you have more than 1 pet, we offer a discounted pet rate.
$75 for the first pet, $50 for the 2nd and 3rd.
