Amenities include, covered parking, community washers/dryers, heated pools, spas, exercise facility and clubhouse! Near Hwy 202 with easy access to Sky Harbor International Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Shuttle service available from airports to condo. Guest must be 55+ to book.....

Mesa the place to be for winter

This property is located close to any shopping you desire. Fun casinos nearby. Hiking and sightseeing all an easy drive from Apach Wells.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything from toilet paper to spices. The neighbors who live there full time were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. It felt like a safe place and occasionally a security officer walked by in the evenings. The over all experience was very good.
