Overall, cabin is decent. We only stayed a couple nights, but I wouldn't mind staying here for a longer trip. Location is nice if you have plans to do activities in Pigeon Forge. Short drive to the Parkway. Only complaint is the lighting in the driveway and steps leading to the cabin. Bring a flashlight.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your feedback. We hope you will visit us again soon!
Our stay was awesome and we loved the cabin, in our opinion it is pretty secluded and always had privacy, which is what we were hoping for! Our only feedback from an improvement standpoint was that we wish there were fitted sheets on the bed and left us multiple times on the mattress, regardless of how many times we tried to tuck them back in. We are big on cooking at our vrbos and although decently appointed with cookware, the quality was not there. Important for those who like to cook. The charcoal grill is small and could be replaced. The washer and dryer don't work well, but was nice to use as a refresh for towels and clothes. These were our only negatives and don't want it to detract anyone from booking, but wanted to share this. Thanks again!

Beautiful cabin BUT the place that manages it is HORRIBLE!
The cabin itself is absolutely perfect. However, there were so many issues with the place that manages it:
1) Access code to the cabin: We were told they'd only call us with the key code to gain access to the cabin on the day of our trip prior to 4pm. However, at 4:30 we were calling them with no luck. They called us back about 5:30pm but were deep in the mountains so the call went straight to voicemail. Both my boyfriend & I tried calling all THREE #s left for the next hour which went straight to voicemail. When we finally arrived at the cabin, it was luckily left unlocked (not sure if intentional).
2) Wrong directions: They provided us the directions to the cabin and were told NOT to plug in the address provided to our GPS that it was for 911 calls only. Initially, we thought that the address for the management office. Obviously, once we realized the errors in their directions we plugged it in. This added around 30+ mins to our trip.
3) Poor communication: In addition to #1, the management office finally contacted us around 8pm on Day 1 which they told us to NOT come due to the weather - keep in mind we were already there & home was Chicago so couldn't "turn around". Also, I've daily been trying to contact the supervisor about all of these issues since we've been home but no luck.
4) Uncleaned cabin: The cabin was dirty when we got there including dirty sheets on the bed + towels in the bathtub. We went to Walmart the next day to buy sheets for the bed. We were promised clean sheets and towels on day 2 of our trip but they didn't come until 3 days later.
5) Dryer didn't work: Given we had no towels, we HAD to pick them up & wash them! However, the dryer was broken which we also were informed on day 2 that they'd have someone there to fix it. No one showed, so we called again on day 3 & they said the same. By the end of our 7-day trip, no one had come to fix the dryer. Keep in mind we were coming from another location so purposely got this place to use the washer/dryer so literally had to hang things all over the cabin which detracted from enjoying it.
Positives: The cabin itself is beautiful, secluded, has an amazing view of the mountains, and only about 5 minutes to downtown Pidgeon Forge.
If you want this cabin, I'd recommend avoiding holidays and snowy weather but that's still giving management more credit than we experienced.

It’s an okay stay
I would suggest reading through the comments here as the pictures and ad is a bit misleading. I will say the management company is not great. They sent me an email after booking saying if we stayed the night before the actual night it would be heavily discounted. So I figured why not, rearranged a few things on our schedule and did it. Well the cabin was definitely not discounted that day and the girl I spoke with had no clue what I was talking about.
In regard to the actual cabin it’s clean but lacking in a lot of areas. First, the upstairs bed is VERY uncomfortable, sags in the middle and there is no fitted sheet and the flat sheet doesn’t tuck in because it isn’t big enough. We did a lot of hiking and a comfortable bed would have been nice. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired if you cook. They give you one kitchen towel and nothing to scrub pots and pans with but they do give you dish soap so there’s that. Also bring trash bags because they don’t give you any extra. They don’t give you many towels (which is weird given that there is a hot tub there for use). We ended up having to buy laundry detergent just to do a load a towels.
On our last night we lost power, which wasn’t ideal after hiking all day and having to pack a family of four in complete darkness. I would recommend bringing a flashlight or two because it gets super dark if power is lost and I looked everywhere there was not a single one to be found in the house. Basically, if you stay there I would bring everything you would bring if the cabin was empty.
The view was nice during the day. At night however the cabin is directly under a neon sign that is huge and flashes ALL NIGHT! There is no way to block the flashing so it’s kind of annoying. Also, the carpenter bees are eating the cabin up! They leave you alone but you can hear them chewing the wood all night inside the cabin. Overall definitely not a great nights sleep upstairs. Now the pullout in the bottom floor while not super comfortable is dark and quiet. I think the kids had a better night that we did.
Would I stay again? Maybe if I was in a pinch. Next time we come though we will be looking at other options.

We apologize for the issues you had during your stay. The night you added was given at a 50% discount. We do list what is and is not provided in the cabin and apologize for any confusion. We are sorry for the power outage and we have had the cabin treated for carpenter bees. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will visit the Smokies again.
Overall it was a great stay. the cabin was clean a little outdated but comfortable. Wish there was more lighting in the parking area and up the steep stairs.

Thank you for staying with us! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your trip and hope you'll come back again soon!
We enjoyed our stay very much. I would suggest to bring extra washcloths and dish towels. There is no spring fed pond looking out of bay windows, you can see where there it was at one time. It was very quiet and peaceful and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this cabin. The hot tub, jacuzzi, and games gave us lots of entertainment. We didn’t even leave to do anything all weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights. Check-in was easy and instructions were readily available before making it to the cabin. Enjoyed the drive up to the cabin. Nice cabin, 3 stories with a bathroom on each flor and a loft as the bedroom. Kitchen and living areas were nice for my family to hang out in. Don't have older kids, but bottom floor would be great for them to hang out and play game in if they wanted to be loud. Easy access to Pigeon Forge. Would stay here again.

We loved our cabin. It was the perfect size for our little family, and even better that it was pet friendly. But it didn't smell like animals like ther cabins we have stayed in in the past. It was very clean and we would definitely love to stay there again. The road driving up the cabin made me a little uncomfortable (very narrow in some spots and pretty slippery when it rained), but I just let the husband drive, so all was good. :-)
