Welcome to “Sun and Sand”, a beautifully updated home, with gorgeous gulf views, and your own private pool!! This family friendly beach house is located in popular Inlet Beach, and has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico’s gorgeous emerald green waters.

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

This home is sure to be a perfect fit for your family's next vacation getaway! Not only is this home just steps away from the pristine beaches of the gulf, you are still close enough to enjoy all the shopping, dining, and fun, that Scenic 30A has to offer. Only a short commute to be able to enjoy the bike paths bordering the length of Scenic 30A, while visiting the shops, and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and iconic Seaside Beach.

On the first floor you will find the kitchen and living area with large Flat-Screen TV, sleeper sofa, laundry room and the two King-size bedrooms. The living area is open, and updated to show off the amazing views surrounding it. Escape to the expansive sun deck out front for your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise, but don't forget to be back to the balcony by the evening so you can watch the sunset over the water. There is a large dining room table with seating for 8, plus 3 more at the bar, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances!
The first floor of the home also features two king sized bedrooms!
The kids will enjoy their "loft room" on the second level with the incredible gulf views. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor with another king sized bed!
Beach access is only right across the way, and within easy walking distance.

The community is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many other activities in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City. There are great bike paths, lakes, the beach, and state parks nearby to provide plenty of outdoor activities.

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
