Hermosa propiedad familiar de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, propiedad totalmente amueblada frente al lago con malecón privado. Disponible de viernes a viernes. Beautiful, updated house with a great view

This house allows you to enjoy the beach and waterfront views with the comfort of a completely updated home. This is the house you want to stay at if visiting Sylvan Beach!

Always a relaxing getaway

This is our third time staying at this house. The house is always clean and ready to go. It is well stocked with everything we need for cooking. I’m sure we will be returning soon.

Family Week at Sylvan Beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach! This cabin was everything we needed for our family. The gated yard was so helpful for our one-year-old, too! The camp was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals and roasting marshmallows. The beds were very comfortable, too. We would definitely rent here again!

Will Always Love Sylvan

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it didn't disappoint. Marcella was attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and located in town and right on the beach. We couldn't ask for a better vacation!

Has EVERYTHING you need/want. plenty of room. fenced in yard for kids to play. Your own access to beach. Beautiful sunsuts! Good air conditioning. We will absolutely rent again.

The place to stay in Sylvan Beach

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! We had three girls all under three with us so the big fenced in back yard was amazing! The beach was right over the fence and everything we needed was within walking distance. The amusement park was also within walking distance and the girls absolutely loved that! The house was so beautiful and offered a very homey feeling. Marcella was also great with any needs we had! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Heart of sylvan beach

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful location. The house was very updated but still had some of the charm of the camp my relatives had when I was growing up. We have relatives closer to the utica area and this was an ideal location to see friends and family and still have a vacation at the beach. The house was right on the beach and watching the waves in the morning from the screen porch or backyard was amazing! The house was very clean and everything we could possibly need! Communication was excellent. It was a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to stay next year.

Beautiful House on the Beach

This house was even better than described online. The house was clean (brand new feel after a renovation) and had everything we needed. The AC worked great, especially since we had several days that neared 90 degrees. It was nice to have a screened in porch and a yard in addition to the beautiful beachfront. Marcella was always quick to reply with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was also stocked with water toys (floaties and a kayak) along with beach toys and lawn games. We enjoyed it so much we booked an addition week at the end of the summer. We can't wait!

Sylvan Beach Stay

My family and I had an amazing time at Marcella’s Cottage. Such a beautiful place, so clean and right on the beach! It was in the perfect location with Eddie’s across the street and the shops right around the corner. Marcella was such a great host and always available when we needed her. She was very kind and has put a lot of love into that cottage. We loved our stay and hope to come back again next year!!

Perfect location-close to everything

I was familiar with this property but was very impressed with the remodeling that the current owner had done. The property is within walking distance to the amusement park which was important to us. We also were treated to the most beautiful sunset every night. A few issues came up and were quickly taken care of by the management. We had a great time!

Amazing beach rental

Marcella's property is ideally located within walking distance of everything while being right on the beach. That coupled with the roomy screened in porch and fenced in backyard gave us plenty of options on where to go to hang out, eat, play a game or watch the sunset. Her place is wonderfully furnished with plenty of seating in living room , porch and kitchen. Bedding was extremely comfortable. The AC is always a plus. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Marcella was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The pictures don't do the place justice it is even more fabulous in person. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

This property is well taken care of and the location is perfect. We had the best time and would stay again. Marcella is a great host and supplied use with everything we needed. I really enjoyed the view of the lake. We feel right at home.

Beautiful Home and Lake is Pristine

We loved the house and the easy access to a lovely lake that is perfect for wading, swimming and sun bathing. Beautiful sunsets and renovations gave a real higher-end beach house feel. Hosts were fabulous and the house has everything you need. Just an observation some may find useful to know ahead of time: there was a bit of culture shock on weekends as the boats (too many to count over 30-40 minutes) paraded very "in-your-face" political views and anchored on the beach. Our only other complaint is that the dryer was broken and we did not know until we got there. So we had not packed enough clothes thinking we could just do a load of wash midweek. Would be good to get it fixed or at least let renters know it is not working. Other than that, the house is perfect and we would consider renting again next summer.

Perfect family getaway

This property has it all! The house is nice and clean. It is large enough for family. Beautiful kitchen. There is a screened in porch that is nice to sit and relax in the evening. Fenced in yard with fire pit perfect for roasting stores and the yard leads right to the beach. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Perfect vacation for my family!

Great house, location & stay!

This house is much better than listed! The owner doesn’t brag enough! It’s so well stocked with all the little stuff that I packed & brought but didn’t end up needed like I did with other rentals. Marcella was very responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with! The house is right in the center of everything. There’s not a ton to do but what there is, it’s all right there. The house is so comfortable and very well maintained and clean! There were six of us and ranged in age from 51-8 and we were all comfortable and loved our stay. I would absolutely rent this property again!
