Dream view!

The unit we stayed in had a lanai where I started every day watching the sun come up over the ocean and ended it with a glass of wine in hand. So relaxing! Honestly, we couldn’t have felt more like we were at home. The layout made it easy for family sharing and having our own spaces, as well as having all the amenities we needed, including laundry. A slight negative was that We overlooked the “field” where the luau’s were held nightly and while that was nice the first night, it quickly became annoying as the line for it created problems getting in to our building and the noise went on for hours. Even for that, it was a wonderful time and working with TimeShares was fabulous. They were extremely communicative and always available. Thank you for facilitating our family vacation!

Waikiki has gotten too busy

The lagoon tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village has gotten a little dated. Carpet was peeling at the corners, and you could tell a remodel had not been done in a lot of years (guessing 20+). The pools are extremely crowded, and you basically have no chance of getting a lounge chair around the pool. Hawaii is always beautiful, but I don't think we will be back to Oahu. The property manager was great before our stay answering questions we had about the unit. A huge plus was that the unit had 2.5 bathrooms, and laundry was just across the hall. Next time we will stick with Maui. Mahalo!

Beautiful Condos, poor communication/ follow through..

The condo was nice and spacious, and the resort is fun for everyone. Pools, beaches, shops and restaurants, there is something to keep everyone happy. Unfortunately, the trip got off to a rocky start when our ocean view room turned out to be a view of a parking garage and roof top. Our rental agreement "guaranteed an Oceanview", so we were not happy. When I contacted the rental agent, they said they would try to see if an ocean view unit was available but there was not. Be aware, if something like this comes up, the front desk cannot help, as these are time share units and the reservations are made by the owners. I have asked for a discount and am waiting for a reply. Disappointed that the situation was not rectified. All that aside, this is a fun resort to stay at, even if it is very busy!

Amazing resort

This property is absolutely beautiful! Staff were above and beyond kind and helpful. Beds were great and all amenities were very nice. Only negative was the laundry facilities didn’t work on our floor which was a little inconvenient but otherwise a great experience!

The check in was super smooth. The staff here are very helpful and attentive. The property is huge so there is a lot to see and do. Fun shopping, and very good restaurants. The rooms are very well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time staying here and hope to come here again!

Great place and location.

We have been to Hawaii many times and really enjoyed the stay at this property. It was a great place for our family to spend the holidays.

Great location!

Check in was very lengthy but expected. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to many restaurants and the ABC stores which was very handy ! Resort was very crowded which made it nearly impossible to get a chair anywhere ( kind of expected as travel resumed). Our particular condo could have used more pots/ pans as I did cook several meals for my teenage gang I had with me. Overall was a great time! The teens loved having stuff within walking distance.
