What a beautiful home! Perfect for a friends weekend trip. The view of the river was stunning, and the patio at the back of the house was a great place to sit and read a book, quiet, and tranquil. Shower was amazing! The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Love the house, great location on a bluff above the river. We were only there overnight so we didn't use many of the amenities but all looked lovely. The shower was wonderful! The host responded in a timely manner which was appreciated greatly.

Great place to visit Iowa Falls

Second time staying here. It is convenient to where my aged mother lives, and better to have a home to ourselves than rent two or more rooms at a motel. Love the setting, and it's a very comfortable home.

Top of the Bridge

The kitchen island is large and perfect for gathering around. Can fit the whole crew at the dining room table or on the patio. 6 of us stayed here comfortably. Thoroughly our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage along the river! The house was in beautiful condition and well appointed. Being right next to the river and swinging bridge offered gorgeous views. Would highly recommend.

Well equipped property with a view

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It has everything you need to host people or to cook meals at home. It’s beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We will be back!

LOVE this place!!!

We absolutely loved this place for the time we were able to be there. Had horse shows all day for two days and didn’t get to enjoy the patio or neighborhood as much as we would have liked to. Hope to be back again in the future. Beautiful home and location. Larry was great to woek with.

Wonderful Cottage with Awesome View

We were pleasantly surprised by this cottage! Larry was an excellent host and communicator. Having two king size bedrooms was perfect for a couples’ getaway. We stayed here to attend a wedding and would definitely return to be able to spend more time at the cottage itself. Well stocked kitchen, loved the patio overlooking the Iowa River. This is a hidden gem!!!!
