About this property

This is about 2000 square ft of living space all to your own. We have a common entry into the garage. Rental is for the downstairs only with your own door. 4 bedrooms three with queen beds one with single bed and crib. Pullout couch and queen air mattresses available in main area This basement suite has big windows and lots of room. We have a wood burning stove to give the cozy country atmosphere. This is a 5 year old Home with a relaxed setting. 60” smart TV and DVD player, kitchen and pool table for your enjoyment. Steam shower for relaxation. Or sitting area with fire pit outside. Few cows in pasture, very quiet area surrounded by hay field

Awesome place

Me, my wife, and 2 little girls came and were repeatedly happily surprised. The place has more rooms than I expected, the living room with the tv and pool table is enormous, the yard is gorgeous, the landscaping beautiful, negligible light pollution so the stars are bright and full, the animals are super friendly, the decor is really nice and tasteful, the location is a breeze to get to and recognise, entry to the facility is easy and convenient, parking is spacious and easy, and it’s located only 10-15 minutes from Lethbridge via highway and/or back roads as preferred. Thanks Bert for a great stay!!

We are currently living on a hay farm just outside of Lethbridge. We grew up and lived in the Lethbridge rural country side. We have one child still at home with us. We have enjoyed hosting our basement suite to travelers from all over. We like to connect when it works with our guests.

We have enjoyed living in the countryside. We built this home 7 years ago with quite country tranquility yet only 6 minute drive to Lethbridge. This will give you a taste of country living
