Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible, we have used this company for over 10 yrs and this particular home, the owners gave us trouble, Literally charged me an extra 400 dollars to stay after we had been there almost 2 days bc I had 4 extra people that decided 2 come with us at the last minute and 2 of them were a 7yr old and a 2 yr was either pay the 400 dollars or we had 2 get out, well thanks for taking money out my account I had to get money wired to me to make my trip home, it's sad that 400 dollars satisfied these people who already charge alot for the Rental home, but what really bugged me was that we were literally being watched on camera, nonstop, but this will be our last time ever renting from this company again and my other family members who will be going in the future u also uses this company has been warned about this situation and has changed companies...hope they feel good about themselves..worst vacation home EVER..

It was located within 15 minutes of DisneyWorld and was close enough to shopping and dining. It had a pool but we didn’t know you have to request that service before arriving, so we didn’t go in the pool. It was clean and orderly as well.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. We feel at home. All very clean and the pool very good. Very good neighborhood, quiet and close to disney parks, shops and restaurants. I would definitely rent the same house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was easy from booking to checking out. The house was beautiful in a nice neighborhood and only three miles from AK, about ten from Epcot. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. House is very well maintained. The only thing I would change is the communication on the renter responsibilities as far as handling trash and linens. They email you, communicate through an app AND have a binder to read through. All of which provide slightly conflictung instructions. I was able to get my questions answered promptly via email though. I would definitely stay here or in another A Plus rental again.

Great time at Bow Creek!

We really enjoyed our stay at 8008 Bow Creek Rd. Communication was great. Entry was simple and the house was very nice and comfortable! It was the kind of place my wife would have loved and we would have stayed. Everything you needed was available. The bed rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the living room was very relaxing. Really enjoyed the space on the back patio, and the pool was perfect for cooling off! Everything you needed was in the area - all great restaurants, shopping, Disney Springs, golf courses and entertainment! Will rent this place again when the next golf trip is in Orlando. Thank you for providing a great relaxing experience! Great place!

Perfect for our stay

The property was as expected! Anything and everything you could ever want was there...the only I’ll say is with all the info and instructions provided I paid for the heater on the pool and I know nothing about pools/heaters and there was nothing provided. I will say I did not reach out bc the temperature was ok enough. Overall though nice property, prompt answers from owners, and very relaxing! Thank
