I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator. As soon as you mentioned the freezer wasn’t cooling properly, we sent a technician right away. The issue turned out to be a faulty timer, which has now been replaced, and the refrigerator is working perfectly again. I also want to apologize for the pool pump issue. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced, and I’m very sorry that it affected your use of the pool that day. I completely understand how important that is, and I’m glad to say everything has now been fixed. Regarding the cleanliness, I truly appreciate your feedback. I personally inspected the home and everything appeared in good condition, so I’m a bit surprised, but I absolutely value your comments. I will make sure to review everything carefully with my team and pay closer attention to details to ensure an even better experience for future guests. I also like to kindly remind guests that I always send a message the day before arrival asking that if anything at all needs attention, especially cleanliness, to please let me know immediately. I was truly surprised by your comments, as during your stay you expressed to me directly how much you enjoyed the home and mentioned that you were planning to return soon with your grandchildren. It’s always disappointing to read feedback that contradicts those positive conversations, but I still appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Regarding a few of the concerns you raised: • The ceiling water stains downstairs are unfortunately a recurring issue due to the kids’ bathroom being located directly above. Many young guests tend to splash water or leave the shower curtain partially open, which leads to water seeping through. We do address and repair this issue regularly, but it can happen again depending on usage. • The emergency light in the hallway had blue painter’s tape on it simply because we were painting the walls and wanted to protect the fixture. Unfortunately, the painter forgot to remove the tape afterward, and I apologize for that oversight. • The downstairs bed actually has new mattresses, so it’s possible that the issue you felt was related to the bed frame itself, perhaps a loose screw. We’ve already instructed our maintenance team to inspect and fix it immediately. We are also looking into the toaster and other smaller items you mentioned, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. Again, thank you for staying with us.
