Excellent location- very close to the community pool, and a short drive from Disney. Home was a little older but very clean and looked just as it did in the pictures. The host was fantastic to deal with. Excellent communication and responsiveness. We had an issue with the fridge on our first day, and the host responded immediately and sent someone there to fix it that day. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

House was very clean each had our own room and our own bathroom check in was easy and host responded quick when we needed them. For the price I was expecting something simple but it was far from that. We had access to a bigger pool and a waterpark and gym and arcade. They also had a place to order adult drinks so not only were the kids enjoying them selves but so were we. We definitely will be coming back for another stay. 10/10 one of our best places we stayed

The host was very quick to respond to all messages and needs (minor). The washing machine and dryer were so convenient. The distance to the pool was so short! The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The onsite pool was nice. No complaints and would book again!

The resort at Windsor Hills is wonderful! This property was very close walking distance to the resort amenities, yet still quiet and private. The private pool was small, but nice to have for a quiet evening swim. There isn't a lot of deck space around, but still a few chairs to sit. The kitchen was well-stocked and we liked how each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We did experience a few issues (broken pool pump, unauthorized parking), but the hosts were always responsive and apologetic for any issues. I felt like it could have been cleaner, and some repairs or updates need to be done, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator. As soon as you mentioned the freezer wasn’t cooling properly, we sent a technician right away. The issue turned out to be a faulty timer, which has now been replaced, and the refrigerator is working perfectly again. I also want to apologize for the pool pump issue. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced, and I’m very sorry that it affected your use of the pool that day. I completely understand how important that is, and I’m glad to say everything has now been fixed. Regarding the cleanliness, I truly appreciate your feedback. I personally inspected the home and everything appeared in good condition, so I’m a bit surprised, but I absolutely value your comments. I will make sure to review everything carefully with my team and pay closer attention to details to ensure an even better experience for future guests. I also like to kindly remind guests that I always send a message the day before arrival asking that if anything at all needs attention, especially cleanliness, to please let me know immediately. That way I can send my team right away and fix anything on the spot. I didn’t receive any notice during your stay, and I truly wish I had, as I would have taken care of it immediately for you. Last minute booking and it was great! Had everything we needed and was very close to the clubhouse where you can play games, swim, etc... Pool was heated so that was fun.

We absolutely loved our stay while it lasted. Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to leave early and the owners for more than kind to us. They told us not to worry about anything but her personal belongings and thoroughly seem like they cared even if it was just their messages.The house itself was wonderful, All the pools were great, house was clean and most of all that whole community felt safe. We would a thousand percent stay again

House was clean and comfortable. So convenient to the pool and fitness center. Hose was stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Next time we will pack extra trash bags and t paper. It was nice to have washer: dryer available. Ice maker didn’t work so had to keep drinks cold.

Fantastic stay. Apreciate the cleanliness. The pool was so warm. Love the community pool and hottub. Couldn't use the waterslides as water was to cold.Only, and I mean only, thing we could have used wasbsime throw blanket in the livingroom. Thank you. We hope to come back soon!

This townhome was perfect for our stay in Orlando. It is slightly dated, but had everything we needed. Only drawback was that the walls are rather thin and we could hear the neighbors on both sides.

The communication with this host was amazing! All of our questions were answered right away. The unit was just as described. It was so clean. Also, so convenient to the parks as well as restaurants and there's a Walmart a block away for all of our needs. We really enjoyed this unit. It was so cold while we were in Orlando that we never did enjoy the pool. However, my granddaughter did do one very quick polar bear plunge so that was fun. We will definitely look into renting this unit again in the future. We had no issues whatsoever!

Home away from home

Comfortable, kids loved the theme room and bathroom, pool in the back was amazing for a relaxed evening after walking the parks, everything that is needed was available. Host was super accommodating and accessible.
