Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay with family and dog. couch upstairs was a bit smelly like someone had tried to clean the dog smell out of the couch but failed. We never let our dog off the floor anywhere and he sleeps in his own bed that we bring but I guess others don't care so much.Rest of the place was really good.

Great 2 storey house, with bedrooms downstairs.

Nice place for a get away. Only one air-conditioner on the property, in lounge upstairs. Downstairs 2 bedroom can get very hot. Great if you have pets. Great wifi.

You won’t be disappointed.

We have stayed at this property previously and it suits our family perfectly. Pool table gets a work out, tv upstairs and downstairs is ideal. Great kitchen appliances. Recommended to any family or group looking to stay in Paynesville.

Great house for a golfing trip to Bairnsdale GC.

House was well presented with spacious bedrooms, large balcony and great living area with lots of games and dvd’s available. Having a pool table was a bonus. Plenty of choices for takeaway food or dining out and had an enjoyable afternoon catching the ferry to Raymond Island and walking the koala trail. Saw plenty of wildlife!Highly recommend this house and Paynesville too!

Great family holiday away

The rental is a great place for a large group to kick back and relax. Their was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 children in our group. The rooms were clean, however, the beds were on the hard side. The pool table was in good condition and a very good way to spend rainy evenings. The property was is good condition except for several burt light bulbs, the bbq was unusable, and the two TVs wouldn't either turn on or get signal. Other than the minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed the property, the views and the location.

Paynesville Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spectacular, and overall, the 6 of us were extremely comfortable, but it was the finer details that disappointed. The dvd/vcr was broken. In the upstairs shower and the downstairs bathroom, tap handles fell off. The range hood light didn’t work. The oven was so clogged up with fat, that when we turned it in, the room filled with fatty smoke and we had to clean the filter. The place was dusty in places, the shower wasn’t really clean and one of the downstairs bedside tables was covered in a sticky substance.

Great family getaway.

This property was ideal for a family. We selected this property because it looked great and had a billiard table for hours of family entertainment. When we arrived there was fresh bread butter jam and milk which was a lovely touch and also bread and jam was very tasty. The house was very welcoming and had comfortable beds. It was so good we have booked again for a future family holiday.
