Enjoy this stunning home, located in the beautiful Village at Point Judith! Boasting a spacious open layout design, this home is perfect for a group of 10 guests. The prime location is walkable to Roger Wheeler Beach, and close to Narragansett's favorite Point Judith restaurants including Iggy's, Carries, and Spain! Guests will relax comfortably with mini splits throughout, keeping your group cool after a long sunny day at the beach!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

The top level features 1 full bathroom, a spacious open living room and kitchen area on the top floor. Not to mention, there are plenty of windows for great natural lighting! The perfect setting for a home cooked meal, or a movie night in with family or friends! The main level contains 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. The bottom floor is equipped with the 4th bedroom and, a small den area with a full size sleeper sofa. Five mini split units are found throughout the home; one on the upper level and one in each bedroom, including the basement-level bedroom.

Out back, the large and private backyard is a great place for the kiddos to have fun! The enclosed outdoor shower is great for rinsing off, after a day at the beach, before relaxing on the amazing double deck space for a BBQ on the gas grill! Best of all, the rooftop level deck showcases a gorgeous ocean view in the distance! Perfect for your morning coffee or, cocktails at sunset!

Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens.

For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

Great stay

Very nice house close to everything! Biggest bonus the multiple decks that are fantastic for watching the ferry come in from Block Island and just relaxing. Close to all restaurants, beaches, and Newport. Definitely would be back just wish our weather had been better!

Great place!

10 of us enjoyed this great property! Location is great and the neighborhood is terrific. The only minus I would say is that, although there is plenty of room for 10 guests, the "5th" bedroom is slightly exaggerated. However, this did not affect our stay one bit, but in order to access the additional room, you have to walk through another bedroom to get to it.it.bedroom

Basement lock set hazardous

While kitchen had all necessary equipment, it was very outdated. The linens were not sufficient enough to cover both bathrooms. We did, however, appreciate the keyless entry and the air-conditioning. The lock set on the basement door should be removed as this could be a hazard if a child got locked down in the basement. Wish we had known going in that only one full bathroom is available for all the bedrooms on the main floor.

Nice weekend away

Stayed here for a wedding with several other couples for a long weekend. Overall was great. Location, huge open layout upstairs great for hanging out. 3 main level bedrooms worked just fine. Only complaint was the bedroom setup in the basement which had 2 of the bedrooms. Have to walk through one to get to the other. Plus, it was very mildewy/moldy smelling down there. Only one couple had to stay down there for one night so wasn’t a big deal but idk if anyone would be happy about spending a week down there.

Great family vacation

June/July 2018 - our family vacation was one of the best we've had. My husband and I stayed the whole week. Our kids and their friends came down at different times to join us for a few days. We enjoyed eating at several great nearby restaurants, Appreciated the quick commute to the ferry to Block Island and enjoyed a fun day on the island and moped all around. We did run into a few very minor issues at the house. After calling the rental agency and talking to very helpful people all our issues were taken care of quickly. We recommend HomeAway all the time and we are always telling our family and friends about the great vacations we have. Point Judith is on our list of favorites. We'll be back.

Everything is working fine. A few notes. - The fridge is not making ice or dispensing water. Perhaps there's a setting that we're not seeing? - The front steps are fairly steep and painted a neutral brown. In the dark or dusk it's very hard to see the front edge of the stair as you walk down. Perhaps add a strip of white or yellow tape on the edge to delineate it? - Cleaning The downstairs tub wasn’t totally clean. The kitchen table is very hard to clean. It always feels sticky. It may be the finish. -Bathrooms. Grab bars in the showers would be welcome. A nice upgrade would be comfort height toilets.

A surprising, quiet, end of July week

This house was very well equipped for any stay. We have rented many a house that wasnt setup nearly as nice as this one was. Rooftop deck & screened porch were both great. We didnt use the basement bedrooms thankfully. They were a bit musty, if needed. The kitchen had fairly new appliances including a gas stove & a refrigerator that kicked butt...such a gift in a rental. There were spices available, plenty of cookware & sharp knives!!!paper goods, soaps etc...all were greatly appreciated for the few days we cooked. This was a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Roger Wheeler beach. We would stay here again. Note: there is no central air. Bedrooms have window unit AC's in them.

July stay

This house was in a perfect location and the company was very easy to deal with. The top deck allowed us to enjoy fireworks a few of the nights. The top floor was a HUGE open floorplan. Made for the perfect spot to gather during our cookout. My only recommendation would be the cleaners pay closer attention when cleaning kitchen it needed more TLC when we arrived. However the kitchen was FULLY equipped with plenty of pots, silverware and plates. Also possibly putting an air conditioner window unit on bottom floor some of the nights were very hot and humid. Overall, house was GREAT and we would definitely consider renting it again next summer. We would prefer something closer to the beach where we could walk with kids and all the beach gear. The rental company was amazing and would definitely deal with them again already asked them to hunt for a home closer to the beach. Great house....

Escape to the Beach!

Our extended family had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The upper level was perfect for hanging out, sharing meals, and playing games. The home is a short walk to Roger Wheeler beach with an access path through the neighborhood (Ask or search for it, as it really can shorten the distance!). The enclosed outdoor shower provided plenty of hot water for removing salt and sand and minimizing the need for indoor showers. I found the managing team to be friendly and responsive to our concerns. Although listed as 5 bedrooms, this home is more accurately a 4 bedroom home with a small sitting room that provides the access point for the 4th bedroom (both in the basement). This sitting room had a small pull-out couch which is perfect for a child, but not an adult or couple. Roger Wheeler Beach was wide and clean with terrific amenities such as parking, bathrooms, and food. I think this is a great beach, particularly for families. Those desiring bigger waves are only a short drive to 2 other beaches. The home is also near an ice cream stand and yummy clam shack and in short driving distance to a grocery. I highly recommend this home and am sure you will have as wonderful a vacation, as we did.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Walking distance to seafood shacks and ice cream. Very close driving distance to beaches and Galilee. We never did find a cut through path. Fantastic roof deck. You can see ocean and even fireworks one night. Living area and kitchen were very spacious. The steps getting up to kitchen are very steep. Definitely would make me nervous with very small children. Could also be tough for elderly grandparents. Three bedrooms on the lower floor. Two other attached bedrooms in basement. A bit of a musty odor down there. Outside shower is fabulous. Overall it was a great time. Thank you!

Great family house

Really enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to the beach. Roof deck was great for viewing the comet. More than enough space for the entire family. Only downside was the stairs with infants. Outdoor shower with hot water was a must with kids.

Great Summer Rental

Thank you so much for a great and easy rental experience. The only issue was I was not notified beforehand of the check in process but that was quickly resolved with a phone call. The women in the office were very helpful and we had a great week. The locate was very convenient for the beach and local restaurants. I would love to rent this property again and recommend it too friends and family.

Beautiful home with amazing views

We loved the house, and it was convenience to all the places we wanted to visit! Just a couple of things! The house needed a little more cleaning. One of the toilets wasn’t clean completely and the tub had a ring around with soap scums, and some of the dishes were not cleaned all the way. I also thought that the house should be posted as a 4 bedroom as the tv room is very small and only one person can sleep in that room. Only 9 people might be able to sleep comfortable. But other than that we enjoyed the house, especially the open space for the dining area and living room. And let’s not mentioned the amazing sunsets, sunrise and the ocean views from the double decking areas! Loved it! If you love the sunset like I do, this is the place to be to relax and enjoy!
