One deck off the open concept dining room and a large lower deck off large family room slider. With four bedrooms featuring two king beds and two queen beds, everyone can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. The living room includes a cozy futon, perfect for extra guests or a quiet reading area or a place to have kids play games and access to smart tv.
This home has a brand new granite kitchen with stainless appliances. Two bathrooms make getting ready easy, and the home stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The property was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in. The owner was easy to work with and everything was perfect. I would go back again.

We had a great vacation in this home. Newly renovated. Comfortable beds. It is a 4/10 mile walk to Scarborough beach. Close to stop and shop. Nice yard and decks. Owner was great to communicate with. New kitchen and appliances. Pots pans dishes ect. But must bring all your necessary food items for cooking. Spices, cooking spray ect. Definitely would rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house over Labor Day weekend! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. The location was great, and we especially enjoyed spending time together and making great memories.The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything was exactly as described, and we really appreciated how welcoming the house felt.We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We would definitely rent to this family again. The home was left in very nice condition. They were also kind to let us know they would be leaving early to avoid traffic. That left .our cleaning girls know they could start a little to get the house ready for the next tenant. It's a pleasure to have renters treat the home like its their own..
