This updated, fully furnished, one bedroom is just a short walk to the beach. Second floor condo overlooks the pool, marina and parking lot. Short drive to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the upscale shopping at the Mercado. This is a one bedroom apartment with two comfortable queen size beds with new mattresses and quality bedding. All the towels and beach supplies to make your stay enjoyable. Kitchen equipped for preparing meals at home if you prefer. Perfect for couples who like to stretch out on their own queen bed. Also good for couples with small children or grandchildren. A new 55' TV with Roku and high speed internet access included. 14 day minimum stay, except January, February and March when a one month rental is required. Required rental application must be supplied to condo association by owner in advance for approval and background check. Guest access We have found the pool which is shared with building 3 to be a lot of fun and very social. We have met Canadians, Europeans and even some of our neighbors from Ohio. Other things to note This is a gated, secure area, accessible only for owners and guests. We own another unit in the building, a ground floor studio, which if available, can be rented separately, a nice option if travelling with friends. Sorry the building does not allow pets.
