Los Feliz stay

The property was very well maintained. The studio house was very clean and quiet. Our host, Joseph, was amazing. He checked on us frequently and even added railings to the front entrance when he saw my husband struggling with the stairs. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Los Feliz

Joseph and Rick were the best hosts ever; so kind, welcoming and accommodating. I even used his spa services to have him trim my hair!The apartment is small, but private and pleasant, and has good closet and storage space. There are two separate outdoor spaces; one with table and benches, a reading nook at ground level where it’s pleasant to have morning coffee.The location is within walking distance of many conveniences, including a Von’s grocery store, a small park and numerous restaurants and, of course, that Los Feliz vibe.I had an excellent 6-week stay, and look forward to booking again. Thanks, guys.

This property is in an excellent location: easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Location is quiet and very safe. Parking on the street worked well as long as you move your car for street cleaning one morning a week. This is a small apartment: the bathroom is very nice with a new shower. The kitchen is very small and has only a few forks and spoons - we ended up mostly eating out and just stocked the fridge with juices and yogurt. The bed was comfortable but the bedding needs to be replaced: Sheets seem to slide off the mattress and the mattress cover was old and worn. The AC works great: very welcome when the temperature rises over 90 degrees during the day! The host was very friendly and always gave us our privacy.

Great Studio in the Heart of Los Feliz!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The studio was very comfortable, and included all the basic amenities. There is a beautiful yard with a meditation area where I'd take work breaks. The location was perfect - just minutes away from many major streets like Sunset Blvd, Hillhurst and Vermont! Joseph was very kind, helpful and responsive. The area itself is safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place!

Hi everyone, I have to rave about this cozy lil home, very spacious yet comfortable, located in the heart of Los Feliz, super clean, stylish, and free WiFi and cable. host is attentive and always around to help, but never really see him. The place is secluded, private and surrounded by nature. Location is amazing and close to everything, Some of the shopping centers, and restaurants are walking distance. I would not hesitate renting from here, I'll be back next year. totally worth every cent. Awesome space and the restroom to die for. queen bed very comfortable.
