This house is perfect for family trips to the beach. The host was very responsive and the process was so simple to check in and check out. Plenty of seating spaces in different spaces throughout the house to enjoy family time and relax from busy life. The beach, though no life guards, is private but it was such a relief to find out that the water was quite shallow out 50-100 ft which was perfect for our 4 kids

12 lots from the beach. You should be able to walk there in about 5 minutes. While not pictured (at least at the time of our booking) there IS a golf cart which makes taking family down to the beach that much quicker (don't park it at the end of the street though). Comfy beds and one of the best master showers I've ever had. Pool is nice and at night the lighting is peaceful and serene. The only thing i can suggest to look out for... if you are a gas range cooking person those electric burners take a moment to bring up to heat. Also buy some cooking spray for the pans or you'll spend a little more time cleaning them up.

The home had everything we needed and more. Great layout for our family. The neighborhood was great and enjoyed the quiet walks each morning and evening. Short walk to the beach made it nice for us older folks. The hot tub and heated pool were the icing on the cake for our group when the weather cooled off. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing experience!! We loved everything about the house and its location! We started our days with short walks to the beach to catch the stunning sunrises (even saw a family of dolphins playing one morning!). We ended them with sitting on the porch swing to catch the peaceful sunsets. In between, we loved using the pool, going on bike rides around the neighborhood, and simply relaxing. Our last night, we all sat by the firepit, and started planning our next trip back. We all truly had great time. There is something here for everyone! This property is well maintained and the house is fully equipped. Alina was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond with any questions and always pleasant. Check in and check out were both seamless. I highly recommend - 10 out of 10!

We’re truly thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your stay and all the special moments you created with your family — from sunrise walks on the beach and spotting dolphins to relaxing by the pool, bike rides through the neighborhood, and evenings around the firepit. Hearing that you were already planning your next trip back before leaving is the greatest compliment we could receive! We’re also so glad the home, amenities, and location provided something for everyone to enjoy. Your kind words about the home’s condition, seamless check-in/check-out, and communication truly mean a lot to us.
