Guest Access:

Master bath tub jets Instructions

Make sure water is over the jets before you turn on or water will spray everywhere.

Turn on the switch to left of vanity.

Press the black button on bath tub.

Vary the jet strength by twisting the chrome twister on side of bath.

You can put a finger inside the jet to adjust positioning.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

With convenient access to grocery stores and local eateries, Palm Harbor is an ideal location for a peaceful getaway.



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heater is available for $45 per day or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
