Modern, very private and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house located in Edmonds with a very easy access to I-405, 522 and I-5. Short drive to Seattle with multiple attractions. You are 10 min to Boeing, Mukilteo or Edmonds waterfront, less than 5 min to Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood Convention Center, Tesla Supercharge station and variety of grocery stores including Costco, 20 min to Seattle. This is a great opportunity for traveling professionals coming into the area for a short-term stay or families traveling for graduation/reunion/wedding. Short drive to famous wedding venues such as Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo & Snohomish wedding venues such as Belle Chapel, Lord Hill Farms, Dairyland, Green Gates at Flowing Lake, Hidden Meadows, Maroni Meadows and many others.
House includes 2 living rooms each with the couch, 3 bedrooms each with queen beds and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. The house is surrounded by greenbelt and fully fenced for extra privacy and security. Trail and playground is nearby. You have your own private oversize balcony to enjoy. There is high speed internet with Roku TV if you would like to watch internet TV.
The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, knifes, kitchen towels and cooking supplies are provided. Full size washer and dryer are available for guest(s). Clean linens and towels are provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning and up-keeping inside of the house during the stay. You are encouraged to stay with us for longer! Weekly and Monthly rental discount applied automatically at check out. We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as pictured online, and we encountered no issues upon arrival. We appreciated the thoughtful touches in the kitchen, like the spices and cooking oil, which made meal prep easier.The layout was perfect for our family—grandparents had their own private space downstairs, while parents and kids enjoyed the upstairs area. The outdoor amenities, including the fire pit and small playground, were a big hit with everyone.The location was also very convenient, with grocery stores just a short drive away.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It is a very nice property with surrounding woods. We enjoyed our stay there. One thing to complain is spiders. We have seen 5 spiders around house(mostly outside of house). If you are no bothered by them it should be no concern to you.

The house was very clean and modern. Had all of the amenities you would need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay there again. The only suggestion I have would be to update the entry steps into the home as they do need some attention. My other suggestion as we did travel with my elderly parents would be to consider adding some type of railing leading up into the home from the front door up onto the main level of the home. It was a little difficult for my parents to access the main level upon entering the home without a railing going up the inside stairs.

Our family of 6 traveled to WA from Texas and Arkansas for my sons wedding. The size of the house suited us perfectly. The location was great for activities and sightseeing in Seattle, the Kitsap Peninsula, Bainbridge Island, Snoqualmie, and the wedding venue in Snohomish. The property is also conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a night at the firepit with smores as we hosted a few of our friends who had also traveled to WA for the wedding. We would book this VRBO again!

North Lynwood Stay

The rental was clean..easy to find..centrally located for the event we were attending..good shopping close by.. Only suggestion is larger cooking pots and pans..tried to make homemade soup and nothing was large enough. Breakfast was also difficult with the available pans..we had to buy our own cookie sheets which we had to leave on site.. There was no dishwasher soap or dryer sheets..my experience with other properties is we were allowed enough for a few loads... We really enjoyed our time at the property and would highly recommend this location....

Wonderful place to stay!

Let me start out by saying we travel quite a bit and this is one of the very BEST VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, quiet, and super roomy (we had 7 adults, plus one 17-year-old who thinks she’s an adult, and a baby of 8 months). It was close enough to Seattle to get to the city easily on the freeway. It was really a fabulous place to stay!

The PERFECT house for our vacation to Seattle. The house was immaculate. We’re very picky about cleanliness and so we really liked the “no shoes in house” policy. Pictures online were exactly what we got. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Very pleased with the rental experience!
