Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow, with AC and Hot tub — perfect for up to 7 guests! Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both downtown Seattle and Bellevue, you'll enjoy easy access to I-5 and the light rail — ideal for attending concerts, games, and exploring the city with ease. ♦ Free parking is available in front of the house and in the fenced front driveway (4+ vehicles). We also provide a complimentary Level 2 EV charger for your convenience.

House Rules — Please Read Before Booking:
- Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 11 AM
- Late checkout fee: $50/hour
- Registered guests only. Hosting a party, event, or allowing guests beyond the number confirmed in your reservation at any time will result in immediate eviction without refund. Hot tub use is strictly limited to registered guests included in the reservation. No exceptions.
- No smoking, drugs, pets, or parties ( $500 fee if violated, including the back and front yards)
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Security camera at the front (doorbell) — do not cover or disable
- WiFi, door lock, and camera are connected — tampering may result in immediate cancellation
- Shoes off inside — please remove or carry to your room
- HOT TUB - Please notify the host in advance if you plan to use the hot tub. Shower before and after using the hot tub. Use at your own risk. No children under 16 in the hot tub without parental supervision. Please observe quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM when using the hot tub.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- A/C & Heating: Please do not set the A/C below 68°F, as lower temperatures can freeze the system and cause it to stop working. Please keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C or heater is running.
- Lawn care (twice a month) and pest control (monthly) are authorized to access the front and back yards through the side gate.
- Critters – While the home is professionally cleaned after every stay and we take reasonable steps to minimize pests, we simply can't avoid the occasional critter(s) from breaking in, especially during the summer months. Due to the large grassy areas surrounding the property and the natural outdoor environment, you may see bunnies, squirrels, and occasionally even raccoons around the property. The presence of insects and wildlife is sometimes unavoidable and outside of the host's control.
