This cute place is the perfect combination of convenience and affordability. The host was welcoming and responsive. Having a parking spot was great. We had everything we needed. The host even provided a bottle of wine, some snacks, and cold waters! Perfect after a long day of travel. Plenty of towels too. They even made up the futon for us. The washer and dryer were nice to have. When looking at the pictures, the picture where the couch is on the left is showing the back door. So when you walk in, the bathroom is on the left, the bedroom is straight ahead and the Living room and kitchen are on the right. This will be my go-to place whenever I'm in Burbank for sure!

Perfect stay

I could not fault Dreams and Streams, it was in a perfect location, very comfortable and felt like home with all amenities. Highly recommend staying in this property and big thank you to Vardan and Yananna for being lovely hosts!

LA Burbank stay

Very clean place, great location and enjoyed the outdoor patio and set up.,complimentary amenities like wine, bathroom essentials were a nice touch to. Great place to stay fir a trip to the LA area.

Lovely, clean, and private guesthouse

This gave me just the peace and privacy I needed during 10 days of rehearsal in Burbank. Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I need to be in Burbank again!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our needs, one of the cleanest VRBO properties we have stayed at. The owners were quickly reachable and accommodating. The back yard was the cherry on top of our fantastic California stay.

Cozy pleasant casita.

This little guest house was perfect for the two of us. It is private, with easy access and parking. The casita is well appointed and comfortable. The back yard area is really nice and a good place to relax or have lunch. It is within walking distance to downtown Burbank and other stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Property in A Great Location

We have traveled to the Burbank / Glendale area many times. This was one of the most comfortable locations we have rented. The owner made sure that all our needs were met. Located near the center of Burbank and major highways this rental is a real value.

Dreams and Streams is GREAT for single person . Home is very cozy, quiet and safe. Took a minute to get used to heating system, but heater in living room is perfect for gentle warmth. WONDEFUL to have wasingmachine/drier and kitchen. Would stay again for sure!

Home away from home

Beautiful beyond belief

A quiet, relaxing and peaceful vacation getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our week at the Dreams and Streams guest house. We appreciated all the extras provided: Wine, snacks, coffee, a well-stocked and very clean kitchen and bath, comfy furnishings, fluffy new towels, and the private backyard. The house was comfortable and quiet, in a lovely upscale and walkable neighborhood. Yananna was a very hospitable and thoughtful host, We highly recommend Dreams and Streams guest house and would return again on future trips to Burbank!

This home is an absolute delight! Adorable setting within a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The home was exactly as pictured and had extra uniqueness with a variety of plant and fruit trees around the secluded property. Very quiet setting with a comfortable bed and many added touches (wine to welcome us, water bottles in fridge, toothpaste, shampoos, laundry soap, etc) included to make our stay relaxing and easy. Anna was quick to respond and communicate with us,- a gracious hostess. We would definitely stay here again!

So Happy Here !

I was in LA for a music convention in studio city. EZ to find the convention from the property, very quiet neighborhood, owner’s attention and care to detail was highly appreciated after a bit of a grueling week of travel and work. I felt the love put into this happy little house. Hosts are super.

absolutely perfect

everything is perfect. communication, welcome gifts, clean house with everything you need and more. just put your bags down and enjoy your stay. Well located to visit LA and its surroundings. Quiet area to rest after a nice day and enjoy the sunny patio. I highly recommend and hope to return one day.
