Me encanta el área de Magnolia Park de Burbank. Esta propiedad se encuentra junto al carril bici Chandler y está a poca distancia del centro de Burbank. Hay comida conveniente, mercados y muchas tiendas cerca.

Moverse

Safe neighbor and very clean

The property was well organized and very clean. No sightings of bed bugs or other pests and everything was spotless. The neighborhood felt quite safe and has ample street parking. The listing here is accurate and the property is a great value.

There was no extra Linens in the apartment the neighbors upstairs were so loud that they left earplugs to use the condiments like the tea and coffee were expired and the bed was very uncomfortable the location was great owners were very communicative and nice just wanted to point these things out so they can improve their listing

Hard to beat value

This is a great spot for resting your head at night at a good cost. Managers are good hosts & very responsive. Nice little kitchen area is a plus. A bit of floor creaking but not a biggy. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Adorable place. Everything was super easy to use/access. My only “complaint” (and it’s not really a complain) is that the chair wasn’t super comfy and the floor was really dirty. I had to wash my feet before getting in bed. 😜 Was really a terrific place to stay and made my visit all the better!

Parking was horrible

Everything was great except for the parking on the street ! I was force to park my vehicle 8 houses away from the property which was such a hassle because we had just came back from a baseball game and had to lug everything up the street that was to only bad thing about this property everything else was fine

Great find in Burbank

Meticulously clean, well equipped space in a nice neighborhood a short drive from downtown Burbank. (Only downside is the frequent sound of heavy footsteps from the upstairs unit, but I used earplugs to sleep.) Otherwise, everything was perfect. Easy check in and did I mention how clean it was?! I highly recommend “The Sanctuary”!

Great place to stay for 2 people!

Great place. Just what a friend & I needed as we toured LA for the week. Clean & had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved Burbank in general. Lots to do & not be involved in the awful LA traffic!! Would definitely stay here again!! Only 2 things I would change: the neighbors upstairs were quite noisy all hours of the night (not sure if they were visiting or residents) and the bed was very squeaky. The bed was comfortable itself but every time one of us moved, it was very loud

Absolutely lovely!

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at "the sanctuary." I was greeted with a lovely gift and treats. The host paid attention to details, such as the greeting card and a copy of the guest rules. The host kept me abreast via text message about some work occurring in the neighboring apartment, which was appreciated and considerate. The space is larger in person than I realized. I would definitely stay here again for future visits. LOVED IT!

Excellent Stay in Burbank

The Place was very easy to get to with good parking (on the street only) and very clean. I LOVED the TV and ALL the channels it got! A few smaller details, Being a older building, the walls are pretty thin so heard the neighbors pretty clearly. The shower has a awesome Rain shower head but only comes straight down so you have to stand directly under it and thats about a 20" x 20" up against the front wall over the drain. Overall....I love the place and how close it was to what I had to do in Burbank for the week.

Christopher is the consummate host. He was very accessible and catered to my every concern. The apartment was so very clean and very well equipped. It was a pleasure. Of note, if you are a light sleeper, book the upstairs unit, as the first floor apartment can be noisy with people walking above. However, ear plugs are supplied. There are also "quiet hours", which Christopher takes very seriously for the tenant's peacefulness. I will definitely stay again and recommend The Burbank Sanctuary wholeheartedly.

Great studio!

Two of us stayed in this studio apartment while visiting our niece in Burbank. The apartment building is on a quiet neighborhood street about a block away from the paved Chandler bike/walking path. The unit itself is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable; just the right size for 1-2 people. Christopher has the unit stocked with various toiletries, coffee, and even provided a gift of chocolate and champagne! We ended up not doing any cooking there, but everything was in good condition. He also provided a great set of instructions on working the TV, keyless door, etc. as well as information on various places to eat or visit. I would say the only negative (obviously beyond Christopher's control) was that the people in the unit above us seemed like they were clomping around a lot in the evening.

Work & Fun Trip

This was a great location for our week of work in the Burbank area and some fun as well. Easy to get to all our activities and accommodations were cozy but exactly what we needed to feel comfortable and have a safe place to rest and relax. Great sundries and perfect little kitchen so we didn't have to go out for every meal. Would recommend!

Feels like home!

We had stayed here once before so the booking & checkin all were smooth and easy. This location is great for us as we needed a place to stay while visiting our son in Burbank. We appreciated the emails from the owners alerting us beforehand to repark our car for street cleaning. For us, this was a familiar home away from home during our visit/vacation. We look forward to a return visit in our future.

Very intimate and practical

I spent two weeks in this studio and thoroughly enjoyed the quaint space and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The fridge had to be replaced when I arrived and everyone wore masks while inside the apartment. Communication was excellent. The only thing I recommend is also including the trash day with the street sweeping days. The neighbors put their trash bins in all of the available spaces on the street which can mean a long haul if you're packing in groceries :)

Universal Studios visit

The property was clean and welcoming. The hosts were very attentiveness. The neighborhood was quit and felt safe. The only concern is the neighbor upstairs walking around in the middle of the night. We just weren’t used to the noise. Not too bad.
