Newly decorated condo in Augusta Villas section of popular Plantation Golf community. View of golf course and beautiful sunsets from the screened lanai. There is also an open patio between condo and laundry area/storage room for grilling on brand new gas grill. Covered parking for one vehicle along with guest parking next to condo. There are two community pools for your use. Beautiful grounds for your morning/evening walk! Great neighbors, and many activities! Close to many restaurants and beaches. You won't run out of things to do and see.










The Plantation is located on Highway 41, and is only 3 miles to shopping and dining. Manasota Beach is 15 minutes away!

Beautiful villa with a great location on the golf course within the Plantation.

This is a very clean and tastefully decorated villa with a great floor plan. We enjoyed watching the abundant wildlife and afternoon dips in the nearby pool. The area is perfect for bike riding and walking and there is even a nice play ground a block away. My husband and I would definitely rent this property again!
