Cozy Studio Near Hiking & Skiing, Walk to Downtown

Charming, cozy loft-style studio in the heart of Mt. Shasta. I loved the open layout, beautiful natural light, and the peaceful, uplifting energy in the space. Lindsay is a wonderful host—thoughtful with every detail and quick to respond if anything comes up. Highly recommend!

The best thing about this property is the owner; Lindsey whom I had the honor of meeting when she kindly delivered the items Amazon had dropped at her mailbox. She is very kind, respond, and friendly. The property itself offered:- Conveniently located very close to everything including Mount Shasta- Everything I needed including a full kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bath. - Plenty of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, toothpaste, soap, dish soap, trash bags, towels, tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. - plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more. - A quiet and serene neighborhood - Good Wi-Fi- Easy check-in and checkout process (a code)

The studio was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything I needed to have a great time. Lindsey was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. All in all, a really nice place to stay. Highly recommended!

The property was just as described. A wonderful little home away from home. It is more like a smaller one-bedroom than a studio . Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Lindsey, the property manager, was very attentive for any needs we might have had. If we are ever in this area again this is our first choice, and the price was very affordable for us seniors.

We loved cozy apartment rental in Mt Shasta. Great windows to the west and lots of light. Close to everything and we walked a lot. Quiet and comfortable. Also loved Mt Shasta, the town and the mountain.

Cozy Stay

My spouse and I had a great stay in this location for 5 nights. Good location, can walk downtown or to nearby restaurants. Outside of the location especially at night isn’t the most inviting but not bad. During the day it is much more inviting and easy to locate. The accommodation was well equipped and had pretty much everything. That said the fridge is completely bare and there was no cooking oil so be sure to bring condiments/oil if you’ll be cooking. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

It was very nice, weather was snowing and I think I met the host. He was very friendly and helpful, he also kept the parking cleared. The house was very cozy and I will try getting back for next work trip

Nice place for 1 or 2 people. Well stocked kitchen. HVAC system works great. Generally quiet, except for the train, every few hours.

Cozy and great location

Nice little hideaway close to everything in Mt Shasta City. We liked the big windows and the loft set-up. It's a cozy place with a full kitchen and comfy living room. The bathroom was a little worn down with a dirty shower curtain, and the bed was squeaky, but these were minor things.

Nice studio with an abundance of towels and paper products. Did not use anything in kitchen so I’m not sure how it was stocked. There is no air conditioning which is not in the listing but is in the email you receive after you book. We left a day early due to heat. Host does not use vrbo platform so watch for emails from Evolve.

Very nice stay close to everything

We had a great time in the studio and thought it was very try cozy and homey :) You cannot beat the location and parking situation!Just be aware that the wifi connection is slow, so finish up your remote work prior to going or skip streaming unless you stream off of your phone (if that connection is better).

Great little home for a couple of days

This location is perfect, walking distance to main street with great restaurants. Cabin had all the necessities for the kitchen which comes in real handy. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

convenient place near center of Mt Shasta

We have spent a long weekend at this studio while skiing at Shasta Ski Park. It provided everything that we needed at a reasonable price: easy access, walking distance to downtown, quiet place to sleep, parking, kitchen to cook our own meals. We greatly appreciated that the owner was open to bringing our children to a place that officially only sleeps 2. In fact there is a little bonus room where the could set up their sleeping bags and have their 'nest'. While this studio is functional and clean, I do have to say it is a little older than it looks from the photographs. But then, it is very affordable and that is what counts.

This loft is just as pictured...very cozy with full kitchen etc. The location is great for walking to town and is in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was very good. We loved it! Highly recommend.

Compact but very functional

House was clean, had a lovely large supply of linens, and the kitchen had the basics for reheating and small cooking tasks. The bed was very comfortable.

Great place for great price

If you and your significant other are trying to get away for a weekend I recommend staying here it's close to downtown, has all the amenities you need and to top ot off it was very affordable!! Would totally stay here again!

Cozy and Relaxing

A very cozy, relaxing loft apartment. Close walking distance to the heart of town, I even got to visit the Monday afternoon Farmer's market and hear some music. Although, I really enjoyed my time staying in as well. A solid collection of DVD's and games (of both the video and tabletop variety), an essential oil diffuser, a tea kettle, and more helped me settle in comfortably. While I didn't use them during my stay, they even had a pair of yoga mats available. Sleeping in the queen bed up in the loft was extremely cozy. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower/bath combo was nice. I hope for another opportunity to stay here again in the future.
