Upstairs comprises of 1 bedroom and a spacious open lounge and living area that opens out onto a timber balcony with stunning sea views.

Downstairs offers the spacious master bedroom,open dining, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The third bedroom you enter form the porch;

Teenage retreat. 2 single beds, a sofa bed and TV. Leading from the back porch has another timber entertaining deck perfect for an afternoon BBQ.

Great weekend getaway

Nicely presented, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend getaway with teenage kids. Close to the beach and loved that it was pet friendly.

Fabulous dog friendly beach stay

This property is a wonderful place to stay for a few days, or longer. It is pet and family friendly, well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a fenced in garden which is very handy for a dog to get some outdoor time in a safe setting.

Getaway to Middleton

The property was very clean, comfortable, light and airy. We loved the 2 decks the property provided, and the enclosed yard was great for our dog. The location was excellent, as it was a quick walk to the beach. We would love to come again!

Great location, lots of space for two teenagers and parents. Well fenced for the dog. Great having two bathrooms. Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great getaway

Very clean rental. Great location and views. Short stroll to beach. Kitchen had everything needed to cook cater for larger family. Having 2 bathrooms with teens was handy and outdoor shower great. Our dog loved it too!

Amazing views

This holiday home was a real surprise. It had everything you could possibly need provided. It’s more like a townhouse. The views upstairs were amazing and you can hear the ocean. The stairs are carpeted so they are easier to get up and down. There’s no bathroom upstairs just a bedroom and lounge and a little nook but it doesn’t seem to matter. Decking out the front and back and upstairs. A lovely, clean, well cared for place to stay.

Enjoyable weekend

The house was in a good location, near the beach for doggie walks. Everything was available including extras (which often are not nowadays) such as sufficient toilet paper and tissues. The only minor issue is the key could not be picked up on a saturday until between 2 and 3pm from Hayborough whilst check in time was 2pm. Therefore the key could only be picked up after check in time. Most places now use a lock key box which is much more convenient or at least change the time for key collection.

Lovely beachside getaway

The house has great atmosphere with well updated bathrooms and a cozy living-room overlooking the breaking waves - so we didn't mind the bad weather just looking out from the inside! Oh, and our dog loved the enclosed yard...
