Entertain to your hearts content in this fantastic property just a stones throw from Middleton Beach. Modern and fresh, 16 Chapman offers a family friendly getaway with fully fenced front and back gardens and 2 decks to enjoy entertaining as well as the fantastic sea views.



The Space:

With a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 large indoor living areas and 2 decks, BBQ and even a patio heater for those colder nights, this property has all you will need for a holiday, all year round. Upstairs has an open plan kitchen with dining area flowing into the spacious, light-filled lounge complete with large screen TV and 3 glass sliding doors, providing access to the decks plus capturing the fabulous views. The BBQ is located in a sheltered position with a large dining table to enjoy the alfresco dining experience. The master king bedroom has an ensuite, and there is a further toilet and vanity.



Downstairs has a further living area with another large screen TV, and 5 more bedrooms. With one king bed, 2 with queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms with tri bunks (double on bottom, single on top) . There is a bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet and vanity.



As the property is fully fenced, the adults can relax whilst the children play on the lush grass. Pets are welcome at the owners discretion. There are 2 split systems plus ceiling fans throughout, to provide year round comfort. WIFI is also provided.

Fantastic location & space

We loved our girls weekend at this property. Lots of space for our group, with beautiful open plan spaces upstairs both indoors and on the deck to come together. Easy to walk to the beach or enjoy watching it from the deck. Property managers were easy to get a hold of when needed.

We had a great family holiday here. So spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms had modern, sleek storage. Kitchen a little tight and squeezy of everyone wanted something at the same time, but not an overall issue. We would definitely stay here again with the extended family!

Chapman Road Getaway

This property is well situated as it is a 1 minute walk to the beach, cycle tracks close by, restaurants and shops a quick drive away. Loved the large wrap around deck where you can admire the great ocean views. Comfy beds and sofa's with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Definitely a great home to enjoy your beach holiday in.

Perfect family home

We had three families staying in this home and it was just perfect to accommodate for everyone. The extra lounge room downstairs was an added bonus and a good retreat for the kids. The fully fenced in yard was perfect for pets and young children as was the fenced in balcony. The set up and facilities made for a stress-free and relaxing weekend away.

Family get together

Short stay before large family gathering elsewhere in area. Lots of board games and movie night. Easy wifi access. Plenty of room for us all with comfy beds. Appreciated the big table that seated 12! Easy access to beach and plenty of car parking.

Great location but needed a proper clean

We stayed at this beach house with three families - 6 adults and six kids. There was plenty of room for everyone, great location just a minutes walk to the beach. The wet areas were nice and clean but the bedrooms were a bit grubby. When I moved the beds to tuck sheets in there were old corn chips, dead spiders and millipedes and lots of dust. A bit more effort with the vacuum cleaner would have done the trick. The windows which had terrific views were also very grimy, making it difficult to take in the view. Hard to maintain in winter I know, but it seemed pretty caked on. Also there was an outdoor heater featured in the photos but this was nowhere to be seen and there was no access to the shed. So we were unable to use the generous deck upstairs. All in all the property had everything we needed but could have done with a bit more spit and polish.

A great weekend away

We really enjoyed our stay at Chapman Road. There were 10 of us who stayed there for a birthday celebration. The house was well presented and had everything that we needed. There were two BBQ's outside along with a patio heater (which thankfully we didn't need to use!). The deck was lovely and offered a great view of the sea. The showers were great, with good water pressure. We would definitely stay there again!
