Enjoy the beach life on Longboat Key! This property is ready for you to enjoy Longboat Key beaches. Kick back and relax while on vacation in this marvelous townhouse located in Cedars East. Cedars East has all the amenities you desire including tennis, swimming, community activities, tiki bar and restaurant on site. In addition, there is a fitness center, yoga classes, as well as group or private tennis clinics/lessons available with additional fees. Very close to nearby beaches. The unit has been fully upgraded and has a full gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. Enjoy sweeping bay views from the master lanai. Unit has a washer/dryer and 2 full baths. Feel free to bring your small dog as well (25lb limit). Easy access to St. Armands Circle and Anna Maria Island. We look forward to your visit (1 month minimum during Jan-Apr)
