Are you looking for a quiet and select, non-touristy location right on what happens to be one of the most spectacular and unpopulated secluded beaches in Longboat Key?

Only 6 ground and upper floor buildings on site. Rare for this area. Situated one floor up with the added advantage of having the only private balcony in the building. This is why we brought this beautiful bright and spacious condo with said lovely balcony, outdoor table and chairs, plus lounger, with its staggering views and simply magnificent sunsets. Totally renovated with a gourmet kitchen and bathroom with luxury walk in shower. Electronic key lock with your own combination. Entrance area also has a high speed washer and dryer. Everything you wish for and more has been provided from new King Size luxury mattress plus high thread linens and quality towels for the beach as well, and all the kitchen gadgets you could need.

Huge private grounds leading directly to the beach. Tennis, and Pickle Ball Courts, plus grilling facilities. Superfast free Wi-Fi, new smart TV's. Parking directly outside. Free beach chairs on the beach only for our guests. Over the road on the bay side, access to boat house, seating areas, fishing, etc. Great restaurants within walking distance if needed. Mega Publix for all groceries. St. Armand's Circle for unique shopping and eating establishments nearby, but it's that beach, the views, the pool, the peace, and quiet and the natural beauty that captivated us and will do the same for you. Small HOA application fee and minimum of 28 -31 nights, but will try to be flexible within reason.

Gulf of Mexico Gem

This lovely condo and very friendly and helpful owner could not have served us better under the circumstances which involved dealing with conditions resulting from the 3 hurricanes experienced in 2024. While the condo we rented was in excellent condition and had every need covered, we were made aware that there would be other community repairs well in advance of our arrival. We enjoyed our stay, loved the beautiful views that changed each day and night and swam often in the sparkling heated pool which was directly in front of our condo. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or requests and we appreciated that very much. He made sure we were able to feel as happy and comfortable as possible and we thank him for being so nice to us. We highly recommend renting this condo for an all around wonderful experience.

Perfect Get Away!

This is an amazing property and host. The views are breathtaking - nothing but dunes, beaches, the ocean and amazing sunsets. The beaches are exclusive. It is as close to having a private beach as you will come in a rental throughout AMI and LBK. The property is kept at the level of a second residence and is not a cheaply IKEA-staged VRBO. It is immaculately kept and there is an on-site handyman that is standing by for anything you may need. It was very, very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. We have stayed in 5 VRBO's across AMI and LBK. None compare to this.

Off the beaten track of the usual huge complexes. Have been on the beach at times and seen less than 6 people. Florida has some amazing beaches but never seen one like this before. Was looking for peace at the same time and finally found it.
