Entrez dans Briarwood Paradise - magnifiquement décoré, exceptionnellement entretenu avec trois chambres, deux salles de bains, piscine privée (chauffée) au bord du lac.

Situé dans la communauté fermée de Briarwood, cette maison nouvellement décorée au bord du lac a un plan d'étage divisé qui offre un accès à la piscine / véranda depuis la chambre principale, la zone de petit-déjeuner et le salon.

La maison a des plafonds voûtés partout avec des ventilateurs de plafond, un centre de divertissement, une salle à manger, un coin salon pour le petit déjeuner et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon a trois portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent entièrement sur la zone de lanai avec piscine chauffée, salle à manger en plein air et un espace pour bronzer. Le soir, la piscine est entourée de lumières tamisées. Parfait pour recevoir.

La suite parentale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing, une salle de bain privée avec une cabine de douche surdimensionnée et des toilettes privées. Cette chambre a également une belle vue et accès à la piscine / lanai / lac.

Il y a 2 autres chambres bien meublées.

La maison est située à environ 4 minutes à pied des installations sportives communautaires de Briarwood; piscines, courts de tennis, terrain de basket, terrains de sport et aire de jeux.

Beautiful house

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was very clean, plenty of extra toiletries and a beautiful pool. We loved the gated entrance as well as the quiet area! We will definitely rent this place again!

Relaxing time with friends

We spent 2 weeks in Paradise. The house was very comfortable & clean-provided everything we needed. The pool was amazing-although we did go to the beach ( just a short drive away) we spent the majority of our time relaxing in the pool.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful 30 days in Briarwood. Quiet nice gated community close to the beaches and downtown. Highly recommend this place for any families looking to get away or seniors to spend the winter. Marc and Anna are fantastic hosts!

Excellent home, Great hosts!

The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was located in a very nice neighborhood. The view of the lake from the lanai was beautiful, the pool has a nice layout with a couple different depths. The furniture throughout was in very good condition and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the community, being a gated neighborhood it felt relaxing. Anne was very easy to contact and made our stay 100 % enjoyable. Next time we are Naples we will be staying here again.

Great vacation

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood. Grandsons loved the pool. Husband and I enjoy walking around neighborhood and going to parks in Naples. We spent alot of our time sitting outside in the linai enjoying the fantastic weather. Owners very easy to communicate with. We had a great 2 weeks. withcommunicate with.

Perfect relaxing get-away

The home was perfect for our stay. Everything appears as in the pictures. It has everything you need during your stay and I really appreciated the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking and eating equipment and utensils you would need including cling wrap, paper towel, aluminum foil, spices, sugar. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Vacation Week

My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in the Briarwood Community. Plenty of room for a family of 5 including 5 year old who really loved the pool. Really enjoyed the lovely view of the lake and pool. Beach was about a 10 min drive. Saw dolphins in the ocean very close to shore twice and a Manatee at Naples Pier. Endless restaurants and activities. Naples Zoo was beautifully landscaped and very close up views of the animals. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent home

Everything you need!!! Shampoo, paper towels, beach towels and plenty of bath towels. I can’t say enough about how equipped this home was!!!! Exceptionally clean. Beautiful master suite. Large amount of space for everyone! We had 6 adults and infant, only 5 spent the night due to rental restrictions ( make sure you know that 6 mth old counts as adult. Luckily one of our group stay with friend at night but there was plenty of room ) Owners fantastic with communication. I’m picky and this was 100% great. Weather could have been better but awesome!!!!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We’ve stayed in the Naples area a few times now and Anne is by far the most caring, responsive host we have had. We were reached out to a couple of weeks before our trip due to some storm damage on the home we were staying in and Anne immediately gave multiple options to help with the inconvenience in case it couldn’t be fixed yet. I thought that was so incredibly sweet. Everything with the home ended up being just fine when we arrived and the house was perfect. We have a 1 year old, 6 and 10 year old. They had a blast. Beds were all cozy. Pool was AMAZING. Anne even made sure to have a pack & play and a highchair ready for us at the home so we could save some room on our road trip. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. The reviews on here of the hosts really stood out to us and sold us on booking and we are so glad we did. Thank you all so much!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderschönen mit Palmen bewachsenen gated community. Das Haus selber ist genau so wie beschrieben. Wir waren hellauf begeistert! Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen! Einziges Manko, die Matraze im 2. Doppelbett ist zu weich und nicht für Personen mit Rückenproblemen geeignet.

Enjoyable Briarwood Stay

Our month stay at this Briarwood property was a wonderful experience. The highlight was the very private and quiet lanai and pool with a beautiful view of the lake and wildlife. The lanai tv was an added bonus we enjoyed. The home was both exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently. Briarwood is a convenient location for enjoying Naples and the community is very well maintained and safe. The owners/property manager were very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. We hope to return to this property again next year!

Luxurious family retreat

We, a German family of 5, had a great time in this beautiful home. Our kids were crazy about the pool and we were excited that we could use the 5 bicycles to tour the gated community after a long day at the beach. The hosts were extremely very responsive and nice. We will definitely be back.

This home is 5 Stars for sure! Immaculately clean, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything necessary for a wonderful getaway. Enjoyed the many personal decorative touches. Owners were great, very quick to respond to emails. Definitely will be back!

Lovely property; Convenient location

A well maintained property in a gated community. Very safe and a lovely area to walk around at night. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen; Good outdoor space with nice pool and outlook over lake. Located about a 15 minute drive from the beach and downtown Naples. Very enjoyable stay. Great place and neighborhood

This was our third stay in less than a year in Briarwood, this was our favotite house. You can tell the owners reallt care for thier home. Doors all open smooth, glass doors slide smooth, all the little details make a difference. The decor is nice. We had a great time and will be back and rent here again if its available. Owners we easy to communicate with and check in andnout process was easy.
