Two bedroom two bathroom great location

Close to everything! Totally renovated!

Two minute walk to the dock!

Our two bedroom two bath condo is tucked away in a quiet community that backs up to Shem Creek. The community dock is the perfect spot to read a book or drink your morning coffee while watching the birds and smelling the salt air. The unit has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling including new appliances and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, and full bath with shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. Both of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable and DVD players. The second bathroom has a shower unit, no tub. The unit has one assigned parking space and additional parking is available.

This is a quiet community with close neighbors. Please respect our neighbors who live here on a daily basis. Keep the TV/music/noise to a reasonable level. Loud noise and partying will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed the proper authorities will be contacted and you will not be refunded any money.

We are centrally located in Mount Pleasant.

Great place and great hosts

This property was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded every expectation. It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The property felt incredibly safe and welcoming, which made our stay even better.The hosts truly went above and beyond with outstanding communication and a genuine willingness to help with anything at all, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The space itself was incredibly spacious and even better than advertised. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Between the terrific condition, attentive hosts, and unbeatable location, it was the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Hidden Gem in Mount Pleasant

My husband and I lived here for multiple months. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The trees outside the windows and view of Shems Creek from the office desk are so relaxing. Not to mention how comfortable the both beds are! We can’t wait to come back.

Very nice apartment and owners

This is a great apartment for a long term stay. The owners and super kind and helpful. They were very quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. The apartment has everything we needed—even things I don’t normally find in rentals like plenty of bakeware, kitchen towels, a laundry basket, cleaning supplies. It was well supplied and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and the complex is right in the middle of town—close to everything. Would fully recommend Carolyn and Eric’s place.

Incredible Condo

This condo was such an amazing place. We have stayed in many VRBO’s around the world and have to rate this one the best condo. The property is close to Charleston, Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s, pretty much close to every store and doctors offices you would need. It is a fully equipped condo, that is to say everything you need is right there, plus more. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with lots of extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking. The decor is beach and beautifully done. We especially liked the Tikki Toss! Eric and Carolyn are wonderful hosts. We needed water bottles and they provided them: above and beyond what we have experienced in our past rentals. I really was hesitant in writing such a rave review, because I want to continue coming here and was worried it would get fully booked from now on. But I want to share the hard work that Eric and Carolyn have done to create a true home away from home. Thank you so much! Jerry and Margo

Loved Beachburg!!

We booked Beachburg for a weekend to enjoy Charleston and the CRBR and both were great! We arrived and everything was perfect @ this beautiful condo... especially the very comfortable beds. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great suggestions for area restaurants. Beachburg is in a great location, convenient to everything we wanted to see and do.....we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

The condo was perfectly located and suited to our needs, and the owners went out of their way to help us. I was there for surgery at MUSC, and we required a 4 week stay so that I could recover some before going home. The owners made us feel welcome, and the condo was the perfect place to rest and relax. We enjoyed easy drives to the beach and outings at area parks. The area guide the owners have for guests recommends great activities and restaurants. We could not have had a better stay, and it made a difficult circumstance much easier to get through.
