Great family vacation house

We had my large family get-to-together here for the summer. First time ever doing this and the house was great! Clean, comfortable, beautiful views of the lake and easy access to it as well. We all had a great time!

Such a great time

I was a little skeptical at first, as it was my first time to use this method. However, I can say, after my first use, I will use this repeatedly. The process was very smooth. The contact that I was given answered all of my questions via email and in great detail. Everything was just as they said it would be. It was the first time our entire family had gotten away together for quite some time. We usually just have gatherings at home. After this outing I feel sure we will repeat the process. The setting was wonderful. The house was lovely, just as they described it, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The added bits of nature with the birds singing and the little fox Cub we saw nearby just added to the enjoyment. Kids and grandkids enjoyed fishing and jumping Into the lake from the tower, even though it was a chilly weekend. The owners and the manager were so accommodating. We appreciated so much being able to get a late check-out, as there was no one checking in that next day. We were able to have our Mother's Day family church together before heading our separate ways. Thank you so much.

Grand Lake Getaway

This property is gorgeous! Perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake with kids of all ages. Gregg, the owner, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect so we could enjoy time with our grandkids. The older ones really loved the dock…especially jumping off the high platform! We will definitely be back!

June vacation

Property and house looked as amazing in person as the pictures show. We especially enjoyed the large deck and outside living space. The high jump platform on the dock was an added fun spot for the kids. We’d gladly stay again.

Great weekend getaway!

This was such a cute house with a great location! We enjoyed the large back deck and the dock on the water. The house easily accommodated our group of 13, and had everything we needed for an extended weekend! Highly recommend!

Beautiful & wonderfully appointed home for multiple families

We had a great time and the home had everything we needed. The home is beautifully decorated and the large covered deck with sectional sofa and a table for ten was in use ALL weekend. The hot tub, fire pit, large dock with swimming platform, are all more reasons why we will return many times in the future.

Beautiful Lake View

This property has everything you need to spend some time on the lake. The view from the massive back windows is surreal. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. The back deck is spectacular. Throw some poles, or yourself, in the water from the boat dock.

Lakes Ladies 2021

A group of friends go to the lake every year. This home was so comfortable with lots of room and the kitchen and great room are perfect for being together in comfort. The deck is amazing. I would high recommend this. All your needs are met. Plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen and super clean. Thanks so much!

Perfect Lake Retreat for Family

This house is a family getaway dream! Kids will instantly fall in love with the huge bunk room, and everyone else will fall in love with the view. The kitchen is fully stocked — you will find everything you need to cook a huge spread. The back deck is beautiful — we spent most of our time not on the water there. The dock and deck are lit at night with string lights, giving everything a soft glow. You’ll want to sleep in the hammock on the dock! Our kids loved playing in the water, sliding down the water slide and jumping from the platform. Spectacular sunset views! The only thing that could have made this house better would be a TV on the back deck (there isn’t one in the main living space but there are two bedrooms with TVs). We had a couple of disappointed sports fans who wanted to be in the main areas with everyone but couldn’t connect to WiFi therefore didn’t have a way to view a few big games. I know we shouldn’t be concerned with TV at the lake, but c’est la vie. Overall, would definitely recommend — and would return! Don’t miss visiting Little Blue State Park just down the road.

Girls weekend getaway

This rental was perfect! It’s decorated so cute and had plenty of space for our group of 10. Loved the long kitchen table so we could eat and play games together. The view out the living room windows is perfection and the back deck was amazing. The back yard would be a little steep for kids, but was no trouble for adults and we spent some time just sitting on the dock watching people on the lake and enjoying the sunshine. The owner was also so nice and helped us with a little glitch at checkin. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing property.

We rented this property to have an educational retreat. The property was perfect for our group, as there was plenty of space for learning, relaxing, cooking, and eating. Not to mention that everyone had their own, comfortable bed. The view is magical and the deck is perfect for enjoying it. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier and the owner was exactly the right amount of attentive and responsive while giving us plenty of space and privacy. I anticipate returning to this property in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Ideal lake views and plenty of room inside.

We had 8 kids and 5 adults in this house and never once felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. Lots of room in the amazingly stocked kitchen. Back deck offers gorgeous lake views 24/7. The walk down to the dock is a bit steep and rocky, but very accessible. We had a bit of trouble with check in as the code we received was not valid. The primary contact was unresponsive for several hours, but thankfully the back doors were unlocked and we were able to get in. The property owner contacted us the next day to apologize and make sure we had access and everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house!

Great family gathering spot

This property was exactly as shown and decorated very well (with Joanna Gaines influence). We arrived to a very clean and good smelling house! The beds were comfy and fluffy. Myself, husband, and two kids slept very well in the bunk room which was directly adjacent to the laundry room. It also included a shower/toilet/sink. We basically had our own section of the house and it was private from everyone else. There were a total of 10 of us and the house fit us very well. There is a platform for jumping off into the lake which my son enjoyed about 40 times while we were there. The water is deep all around the dock which made jumping in safe. The outdoor patio and table was very large and accommodating for us. There were a lot of dead bugs on the patio however. Overall it was fantastic and we would definitely rent it again in the future.

Great Lakehouse

We had a great time at the lakehouse. We had four adults and five teenagers staying in the house, and we had no complaints. It fit us with plenty of room. We spent most of our time on the back porch and dock. Things to note: 1: driving up I was dubious and disappointed. The neighborhood and front of the house does not do justice to what you will find inside and out back. Fortunately I had read reviews and was prepared. The house looks like it has been completely updated and was very welcoming, new, and open. Once we got inside, all doubts and concerns disappeared. Great house. 2: The back porch had an amazing view, and the hot tub was a hit. 3: our teenagers LOVED the jumping platform on the dock. They spent most of their time there and we were pleasantly surprised as we did not know this was available. 4: be prepared, to get down to the dock is a steep grade rocky hill. We slipped a few times getting down to the dock. There were no steps to get down. I would guess kids under 5 or the older generation would get hurt getting down to dock to swim. 5: there was one large fan out back on porch, however it did not run well. On hot ok summers, it does get hot. We grabbed a few of the oscillating fans from inside and were fine- but it would be beneficial if owners replaced a few overhead fans outside. 6: they do not have any trash on site. We had to bag up the trash and drive it down the road to dump per owners request. I have stayed at many Vrbo and we haven’t had to put trash in our car to dump before. This was a pretty big inconvenience as we didn’t bring a truck and had to put in our small car to dump. Wish this was something that was included in the cleaning fee we paid. Overall the house was amazing, very clean, the view was beautiful and the lake was a blast for our teens to swim! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

Grand lake cabin

Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit grand lake. Only issue was communication with owner. It took a couple of tries to get a hold of them. Other than that the place was perfect!
