Kitchen includes stainless steel Viking refrigerator, Wolf range, & marble counter tops. Private & quiet setting with expansive views of Mt. Tamalpais and the Seminary. Big backyard with terraced garden full of 40 fruits & vegetables and more than 3,000 SqFt of new decking. At the lower area of the backyard is a big flat area ideal for level lawn/pool. New HVAC.
