The second you step in the door you’ll be greeted with an immaculately decorated home where you can spend evenings enjoying a meal prepared in the chef’s kitchen, or a glass of local wine inside with family or friends. At this elegant abode, it’s easy to feel secluded, but you can take comfort in knowing the Bay Area is just a stone’s throw away.

Perfect for those groups who want to experience the Bay Area with a touch of luxury, this home provides its guests with stellar views, an outdoor dining area, and easy access to many parks and open spaces that those staying in the city wouldn’t get to see.

NOTE: We are at the top of a hill, and a portion of the road (.20 mi) is a two-way, one-lane, paved road.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, play studio, yard, decks, and garage.
The only space you won't have access to is our family storage space in a basement; which stores of vacation rental supplies.
Other things to note
Only 6 people are allowed at the home.
We’ve had issues with guests hosting events with groups larger than 6 people; which is not allowed.
The hill is a special, tranquil, slice of heaven, and we want to respect & keep it that way.

Please put furniture and items you may have moved around in the home to were you found them when you arrived. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking spaces: three cars in driveway. **Once you arrive, It's advisable to park all vehicles facing towards exiting the driveway.
NOTE: No more than 6 people can be in the home - we do not allow events...even for a couple/few hours.
Smoking allowed on the deck. Please dispose of cigarette butt/flamable items in trash can bin next to the garage.

Wow! This house has it all. We didn’t want to leave the deck! It has the most amazing views of Mt Tam and the bay. The house is really comfortable and has everything you need. Communication with Kathleen was quick and she made our stay a great one.

Beautiful scenery and lovely home

This home was perfect for us. It was so clean, the layout was great, the furnishings were nice, and the view was amazing. Very peaceful. I enjoyed looking out on the deck at night especially. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Getaway Property

The house sits in a beautiful setting with exceptional views. A very relaxing and comfortable environment with plenty of space for privacy both inside and on the decks. The house is well maintained and comfortably furnished. The property is private yet close to everything. A Perfect Pick

We were in this area for a family wedding. This is a perfect house for six adults. My husband and I stayed in the primary bedroom on the main level complete with a large bathroom and walk-in closet with lots of drawers and storage. Our children and their spouses stayed downstairs where there are two more bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and a common room/game room as well. The main living area is large enough for all of us with a beautiful stone fireplace, huge TV, and views from every window. There is a large kitchen and dining area, and each room has sliding doors which access a rap around deck with expansive views. We all LOVED staying in this beautiful house. One warning, it's slow-going coming up the drive to get there. It is a one lane road with several switchbacks, but without it there wouldn't be such fabulous views.
