Situated in the beautifully developed South Shores located at Lady Bay. This modern, delightful beach villa boasts pure luxury. Absolutely an ideal location for a fun-filled summer holiday or quiet winter retreat, only a hop, skip and jump over the boardwalk to the very popular Normanville beach. As South Shores is a fully gated community it is perfectly safe for the kids to ride their bikes along the many paved roads and paths, plenty of open lawn areas and enormous reserve populated with old gum trees, swings, sandpit and lots of space to throw the ball, 2 swimming pools and boardwalk to the miles of white sandy beaches, there really is nothing more you need.

This villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, main with en-suite and bath. A modern open plan living/dining area with Bi-fold doors that create a spacious indoor/outdoor entertainment area. Relax on your beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the lagoon or enjoy endless hours sun baking by the pool, enjoy a family BBQ, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of city living. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on.

Location: Lady Bay 1 minute walk to the beach, over the beautiful boardwalk
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 (3 bed/2 bath) 3 WC, Inc bath, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 bunks
Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen oven, micro, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, dryer, porta cot and highchair.
Features/Entertainment: Flat screen TVs in lounge and bunk room, bbq, Wifi, table tennis table.
Heating/Cooling: Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
Special Features: Overlooks lagoon, only short walk over the boardwalk to the beach, deck area with outdoor setting
Pets: No pets
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once more at South Shores - villa 59, and would be happy to re-book the villa this year during the same dates. Although the fridge broke down, we appreciate receiving a fridge and freezer very fast from Ray White.
