Relaxing getaway

It was very pretty, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The views of the countryside from the large windows were lovely.

Beautiful house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 5 Dune Crt. The location and views were superb. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos. Would definitely be coming back.

We were very comfortable in a good location. It was perfect during several days of extreme heat with excellent air conditioning and fans. The property is well set up and it met our requirements just as we had hoped.

Beautiful house, short walk to the beach

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. Close vicinity to the beach which our children loved! Make sure you don't break any rules as the neighbours are busy body's with the realty agency on speed dial.

Great location

Lovely house in a quiet street overlooking fields. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Great location, an easy 10 min walk to beach, local shops and Normanville hotel which served lovely meals. Unfortunately, we stayed on a very cold week. The house was very cold when we arrived and the heating was not effective. We discussed this with the property manager and they gave us a fan heater which was helpful. A technician came out the next day to adjust the reverse control A/C and this improved things a little, but the fan heater was still required.

Pretty and well-located

5 Dune Ct is clearly loved by its owners. It's very attractively decorated and also very easy to enjoy. The photos provided to Stayz capture the ambience well. The location is great: a quiet court just a short stroll (or micro-drive, if you must) from beach , shops, cafes, pub etc. The house is modern and convenient. It has a well equipped kitchen, a hugely well-stocked cleaning cupboard and comfortable furniture (a hairdryer might have been useful). The rental, like many in SA, is a 'bring your own towels, bedding, loo rolls and soap' arrangement altho linen may be hired separately for a further fee. Fees also apply if dishes are left in the dishwasher and, understandably, to cleaning after departure if the house is not left in good order. The house backs directly onto a cereal paddock which gave us wonderful unlimited views of the night sky and of a stunning lightning display one evening, as well as some kangaroos frolicking in the crops. Of course, it also presents a risk of snakes visiting which may be a caution if young children are about. The house is a good base for a visit to Normanville and the surrounding area. The agents are fantastically helpful and friendly.

We love being here. This is no bare-bones rental, far from it. This is a beautiful space that is an absolute joy to spend time in. An easy walk to the beach is an added bonus as well.

Great location

Easy walk to the beach and not far from the main street of town. Chocolates with the keys was a nice touch. Were lucky enough to have multiple kangaroos close by in the field behind the property each morning while we were having breakfast in the courtyard.

Nice Location

Nice location close to beach and town centre, inside the house was nice and clean, however there was no where comfortable to really sit and unwind the outside chairs where redback infested and table was broken you couldn't put a plate and eat off I, couches in lounge where not comfortable and did have a slight smell. We took out 2 year old as it said kid friendly but there are so many nick knacks in the house we had to be in edge watching she didn't grab or brake something.
