Perfect Mountainside Condo during Home Renovation

At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming.

Beautiful condo

We love this property because of the location, the indoor/outdoor pool, and the arcade room. It's perfect for our family with two young children. This unit, with it's recently remodeled decor, is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Westgate. We will definitely book it again.

Another Great Ski Vacation

This is the second year we stayed in the unit, and it was fabulous once again. We love the ski services offered as well as the adult pool area, and you can't beat just walking out and heading to the slopes. The unit is nicely appointed, and the owner makes the process smooth and easy. We'll be back next year!

Fall Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great and the fall colors were beautiful! Hosts were really helpful. The complex is very large so there is a lot to do but with this made it difficult to find the room my first night. However, once I found it I loved it! Lots of hiking trails near by and a lift about 5 min walk away. Overall, great place to stay!

Beautiful condo with outstanding service from Westgate. Ski valet's bring your ski's to/from the mountain (which is easy to walk to.) Three lovely pools/hot-tub's to choose from. Comfortable bed and good soundproofing (never heard neighbors). We will stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We are hospitality professionals and an active outdoor family with *three children and a dog*, with a lifelong passion for travel, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking.

After many years living abroad and traveling extensively, we have had the opportunity to experience resorts and destinations throughout the *United States, Europe, South America, and Asia*. Along the way, we discovered that Park City is the place we truly love — a destination where we can enjoy the outdoors, spend time together as a family, and feel at home in the mountains.

Our experience in hospitality and travel has shaped the way we host. We pay attention to the details that make a stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable, and we are always happy to share our local knowledge and recommendations.

We are also fortunate to speak *English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Hebrew*, so we can easily communicate with guests from around the world.

Why We Love This Property

Location, location, location.

The location is one of the main reasons we fell in love with this property. We love being right on the mountain, with easy access to skiing and snowboarding, while also having the convenience of Westgate's excellent services and amenities. The ski valet, kids club, beautiful facilities, and resort services make staying here incredibly easy and enjoyable.

We originally purchased this property as a two-bedroom configuration, consisting of this one-bedroom villa and the adjoining studio. The two units can be rented together as a larger two-bedroom accommodation or separately, giving us the flexibility to accommodate different group sizes.

After spending several weeks here, we enjoyed the property and the area so much that we decided to purchase another one-bedroom villa in April 2011. We continue to own and enjoy both one-bedroom villas, choosing between them depending on the size of our family or group.

We also own a one-bedroom villa and a 3.5-bedroom penthouse at The Hyatt Escala, giving us the opportunity to experience even more of what The Canyons and Park City have to offer.

After years of traveling and staying at resorts around the world, we truly love The Canyons and Park City. The combination of incredible mountain access, beautiful surroundings, outstanding amenities, and the relaxed Park City lifestyle keeps bringing us back.

We are delighted to share a place that we have personally enjoyed and loved for so many years.

Unobstructed Mountain Views & Privacy

Located on the 8th floor of a 9-story building, this villa offers exceptional, unobstructed mountain views and a level of privacy that is difficult to find at Westgate.

Because of its elevated position, you can enjoy the scenery without other buildings or guests looking directly into your villa. Many units at Westgate do not offer this same level of privacy, making this location within the resort particularly special.

Relax on the balcony, take in the mountain views, and enjoy the feeling of having your own private retreat above it all.
