We have had issues with guests using our house for parties and as such surveillance cameras are installed on the outside of the property + neighbours will immediately report any excessive noise levels to both Police + us....

If you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our house!

The serenity of Mt Ommaney is so peaceful, with birdlife, beautiful breeze’s & a fantastic view from the commanding position.

Sleeps 6 people, with plenty of room!

The Space

Set over 2 levels, the upstairs has a large bedroom, huge walk through wardrobe, massive bathroom with double shower + a balcony to sit & enjoy the great view!

Downstairs has a huge open plan kitchen, overlooking the spacious dining + lounge room, or step out onto the wrap around deck & chat together at the outdoor setting. There’s 2 large bedrooms, laundry & bathroom with shower over spa bath

You are spoilt with options in this home….

- If you play golf, bring your clubs as the McLeod Country Golf club is close by or Jindalee Golf Club is only a few minutes away.
- If you like shopping, Mt Ommaney Shopping is 2 mins away, DFO is a 5 mins + Westfield Indooroopilly is 10 mins…decisions, decisions 
- Lone Pine Sanctuary is 10mins away, to cuddle a koala + the equestrian centre to try your horse-riding skills!
- Mt Cootha is only 15 mins, with Brisbane City Council just unveiling plans for a giant zip line + sky walk amongst the trees… stay tuned for this one, but for now, enjoy the magnificent view &/or take your walking shoes to go on a mini hike
- Seventeen Mile Rocks park where you can do picnic and BBQ alongside the Brisbane River, is 5 mins
- University of Queensland (Pinjarra Hills Campus or St Lucia) is 15 mins

You can park right outside the front door with room for 2 cars.

Just need to be extra careful reversing down (especially at night – we have solar lighting along it).

- The driveway can be tricky, so take it slowly!

Guest Access

The property is completely self-contained & you’ll be able to retrieve the keys via a lockbox.
