This 2-bedroom +loft/ 2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. The condo offers 1312 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room features high ceilings, allowing for ample natural light and stunning mountain views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers mountain views, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, a 31-inch tv, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size hall bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to the hall bath, up a few stairs.

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $140.

This condo has a one-car garage for a compact car. If your car does not fit in the garage or if you have more than one car, there is a paid parking lot or street parking (summer only) about a block away.

Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Good location, kitchen is fully equipped although we didn’t really use it. Bathrooms are functional but could be updated. Primary bedroom suite bed is super comfortable. House was very clean. AC unit had not been installed so we called and maintenance came quickly.

Used a home base for conference

My company has a conference to attend every August in Ketchum, and we used to spend a lot of money on hotel rooms for everyone. This was more economical, and offered more amenities than any hotel in the area could. It also allowed us to be close to everything being right downtown. We will definitely be booking again if available next year!

Great location!

Cute condo within walking distance of everything in Ketchum Idaho. Well stocked property and very comfortable with two A/c units for the summer months. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the downstairs bedroom hears every squeak and toilet flush from above which was kinda loud. Overall we loved the place though!

The kitchen is well stocked and has an efficient washer and dryer. You can tell the owner has created a nice balance of good quality items for a rental property.It has great light with so many windows and it is on a very quiet and in-town but walkable to the shops location. I had a small car – RAV4 - which fit in the garage but, as mentioned in the listing, a bigger car could make parking more challenging.I would definitely stay again. Alpine Lodging was very easy to book with.They should note that the front door is in serious need of weatherstripping. The amount of cold air whooshing into the house makes it very difficult to moderate the heat and is wasteful.

Wedding week

We enjoyed out stay. There are a lot of stairs so probably not good for young children. The location is great and easy walk to all of Ketchum downtown. We did a load of laundry before leaving, but found the dryer did not work, so notified the manager. TV stations are very limited as well. Overall perfect for our needs.

No frills, but great downtown location

This a very basic condo. It's pretty dated overall but it functions well and has everything you need. Our main complaints would be (1) the bed in the downstairs bedroom has a whole in the middle that makes it really hard for 2 people to sleep in (they slope to the middle!) and (2) the unit doesn't have central air conditioning and the window-connected A/C units don't end up cooling the whole condo consistently. The A/C is really only an issue in the hottest part of summer, which just happened to be when we visited in July. Other than that, the unit was great, well located within walking distance to downtown Ketchum shops and restaurants, and met all of our needs.

The bedrooms were very private and on different floors, so sharing with another couple was easy! The location was fantastic. Easy walking to the shuttles, shopping & dining! Management was wonderful! We saw there was a blender and bought all kinds of smoothie ingredients. We went to make smoothies the next morning, and the blender didn't work. I called management to let them know and they delivered a new blender within the hour! Everyone we spoke to was so kind and helpful.

We had a few issues pop up at the beginning of our stay, but Alpine Lodging took care of everything quickly. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance of everything, garage was key for bike storage, plenty of room for our family, and nicely appointed kitchen. The only trouble for us was there are a lot of steep stairs - with a toddler and a senior dog, it made things tricky, but we knew that going into our stay, but couldn't resist the location!

Great location

Great location and good experience. We were able to walk everywhere. Air conditioners are rather loud and bulky, not shown in photos. In the winter, this would not be a problem at all. Overall a great stay in a fabulous town!
