About this space
LOCATION! This updated clean and cozy 2 bedroom/ 1 bath, three level condo, located near the River Run lifts at Baldy and downtown Ketchum, is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes in the Winter or a hike in the Summer. Views of Baldy from Living Room, Primary bedroom and patio! Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while looking at the mountains and walk to coffee and shopping in town. The bike path, river, skiing and town are all within walking distance so you will truly enjoy everything Ketchum and Sun Valley has to offer from this mountain condo.
The space
The Condo:
The living area has a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace.
The kitchen has been updated. The island bar will seat four.
The primary is on second floor and has a king bed,TV desk and large closet.
The full bath has a single sink vanity and a large bath/shower.
On third floor is a small second bedroom with a full bed and a lofted sleeping are with a full mattress.
There is a small courtyard with a gas grill, a table for six, and 2 chairs for relaxing in the great outdoors (in Spring/ Summer/ Fall months) otherwise snowy in Winter.
The condo is near the bike path, a few blocks from downtown Ketchum, and within walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

The entire condo is available for your use, including the patio directly in front of the unit, plus the gas grille, table and chairs!
