ABOUT THE RENTAL
The highlight of this luxury beach house is its beachfront outdoor space. Splash in the pool, cook up juicy steaks on the built-in BBQ, and sip cocktails around the eight-person patio table—all set before the epic sea views. When the stars come out, gather on the L-shaped outdoor couch around the natural gas fire pit (no fire-building skills required). There’s also a lounge area with a second fire pit and an outdoor shower. Note: The pool is 4 ft deep and there is no diving allowed.
Ocean views continue in the posh living room with two reclaimed wood sofas, a 60” flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace.
Professional-grade appliances, including a Viking range and Sub-Zero fridge, and lots of granite counterspace in the kitchen—plus a big ocean view—make meal preparation a delight.
A four-person dining table also faces the sand-and-surf view—providing a coveted sunset spot with no reservation required. Once it’s dark, both the dining room and living room windows have electronic blinds for privacy.
The home’s five bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The impressive second-floor master bedroom has a plush king bed and a large picture window that frames panoramic views of the water. The master also has a 65” flat screen TV, fireplace, separate seating area, and a private balcony.
The master bathroom is just as impressive, featuring a large tiled walk-in shower with rain shower head, soaking vessel tub, and double sinks.
On the first level, the second bedroom has a queen bed and sleek decor. Next door, the third bedroom comes with a queen bed, 48” flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, the fourth and fifth bedrooms each offer a set of built-in twin-over-full bunk beds. Another full bathroom with tub/shower combination and loft area with futon round out the upstairs.
The open floor plan was made for entertaining and takes advantage of the jaw-dropping ocean views.

City of Ventura Permit 2300
Please note that the City of Ventura requires a 7-night minimum stay at all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August. There is also a 7 night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years.
Please note all guests MUST sign a rental agreement per the City of Ventura which will be forwarded once you are confirmed and your rental is subject to the approval of the rental agreement.
TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (TOT): In the summer of 2008, The City of Ventura passed an ordinance that required short term vacation rentals under 30 days to collect a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). The tax was implemented in October 2008. The TOT is 10% of the rental amount and will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date along with the rental balance and security deposit. Unfortunately HomeAway/VRBO does NOT collect this and it is not part of the rental price. It must be paid and collected in advance separately and in addition to the amount quoted by HomeAway/VRBO.
