The location of the cabin is terrific. It is next to the lake and the view from the living room and bedrooms are stunning. It has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to hold our 8 people. The communication with the management team was very smooth and responsive. Overall, we had a great time!

Beautiful cabin

We have been staying here for the last three years and love it! The views are beautiful, the house is cozy and we love the lake access. This is our first time visiting during winter and it was great! The views of the icy lake is gorgeous! There is enough hills to sled a bit and the spa looking out to tue lake is stunning!

Our delightful mini vacation

The place is wonderful. It did lack a working toaster, pot holders, working coffee pot, wine corker, enough coffee cups for 10, but we made due with what we found. Our teens enjoyed the jaguzzi and the table games. We appreciated all the bathrooms and the spacious bedrooms. We look forward to staying there again!!!

quiet, peaceful, gorgeous

stayed here with parents and adult siblings and partners. property had perfect mix of community and private spaces, bathrooms on every floor, a nice kitchen, natural gas bbq, laundry on site and a hot tub with a gorgeous view. views from every floor, great doors and windows for privacy and air flow and a lovely neighborhood. we even spotted some bald eagles across the street!

Great location! Great if you have a boat!

We searched and searched for a property that could accommodate our boat! So glad we found this place. Located right on the lake with our own private dock. We were able to park our boat trailer in the parking provided with room for our truck and guests car. The house was clean and we loved the hot tub.

Family getaway

Very spacious house. Three levels so you do a lot of stairs. Loved the lake view, jacuzzi tub in bathroom and the pool table. Ants spoiled our cooking so ended up going out to eat. Also not fully stock so you need to bring dishwasher soap, foil etc.

Beautiful location that can’t be beat

We have stayed at this property a bunch of times and have had the best time every stay. The location is right on the water with lake views throughout. We always enjoy the private dock and the views. The only disappointment was the spa was not working. The management was responsive but the issue never got resolved during our stay. We always look forward to the spa because it’s on the deck overlooking the lake. The kids love to go from the lake to the spa and we enjoy the view. The company was very responsive and friendly and the property was clean.

There was no heat upstairs so the first night we couldn’t even stay up there which is where the kitchen is.

Lovely house right on the lake

This house was excellent, even better than the pictures make it look on the site. The main living area feels massive with the high ceilings. The bedrooms are nice and the master suite is very roomy. The hot tub worked great and was large enough to comfortably fit all 6 of us. And there's actually a little stretch of sandy beach down by the water. Only downside was there were a lot of cobwebs that didn't get cleaned up before we arrived. They were pretty dusty, so we could tell they'd been there for a while. That's it though, otherwise perfect!

Best place we have stayed in Big Bear

We have rented a lot of places in Big Bear and this by far has been our favorite. The location is amazing. There are lake views from almost every room in the house. The house is comfortable and clean. We had the most relaxing vacation and we never felt the need to leave the house! There is a bonus room on the bottom floor great for kids. The jacuzzi has a beautiful lake view we enjoyed while soaking. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen has enough stuff to make cooking easy, and has a great open floor plan for families. There is a dock that is perfect for kids to swim. We bought my daughter a noodle and she spent all day jumping off the dock. It is a bit rocky on the shore but I sat with a towel and it was comfortable. The jacuzzi turned off on the last day we were there and the property manager sent someone over immediately to fix it. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed every aspect of this property.

Great place to go!!!

Everything was great, super nice property. Had everything we needed. Lake view was fabulous. Great Memories made there. The only complain we have is for the check-in process. Everything could have been done online, in fact everything was done online, signatures, payments, checkout etc, but we still had to go to the office and pick up parking signs for our car? Those could have been given to us and printed at home. We didn't have to go to the other side of town back and forth, Wasting 45 min of our time. I hope this gets addressed as the office was too far from the property. Easy thing to fix. But other than this we had a great time. The complain is not for the owner or the property itself but for the Management company who can streamline the check in process and save time. Thank you

Amazing lakefront cabin!

We usually stay at the cabin next door but it wasn't available so we chose this cabin. We are so happy we ended up with this cabin because it was amazing! This cabin had four full bathrooms fully stocked with plenty of towels. When you walk in the first thing you see is the amazing lake view. The main floor has the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The floor below has three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms and washer/dryer. The floor below that has a bathroom, pool table, wet bar and living room area. There was so much space for my husband and I and our girls. The heater worked very well throughout the house. We were all nice and toasty. The bottom floor gets a bit cold without the heater on but this is do to the wood floors. On the bottom floor some of the blinds don't work but this is a quick fix. Our daughter tripped on a piece of the wood floor on the deck that was broken and almost fell. My husband brought this to managements attention so it could be fixed. We didn't have our small dog go on this part of the deck because we did't want to risk his little paws slipping through the broken wood. It too was something that was a small fix. The kitchen was amazing! We love to cook so we spent lots of time in the kitchen. Anything you can think of that you need was there. Pots, pans, cookie sheets, waffle maker, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, utensils, can opener, cutting boards and even pot holders! There was plenty more as well. The oven, refrigerator and dishwasher were all quite new and worked perfectly. We brought items just in case they were not available, but they were! The only things we had to use that we brought were aluminum foil and paper towels. We saw the same BlueJay every morning. We loved collecting many pinecones which we will be using this week to make a Christmas project with. We enjoyed watching some of the pontoon boats floating by as well as the pirate ship! I can't tell you enough how relaxing this lovely cabin was. This is our new cabin to vacation at. You will not be disappointed staying here. We look forward to booking another vacation here in the next few months. Thank you!

Needs a bit of attention

Location is great! The lake is at your feet. Cleanliness not an issue. All that said there are some obvious fixes that would make a difference. Only one large frying pan for the kitchen is insufficient, no salt and pepper or other spices seems cheap. The deck upstairs needs repair- holes in boards are unsafe. There are way too many broken chairs on the decks- remove them and get some that let a person enjoy the view. The master shower door doesn’t close nor does the dryer door. A grill outside is a must. The hot tub was outstanding, the pool table fun, and the kayak great for everyone. Overall it was a good rental. And the location can’t be beat.

Weekend Getaway

We wanted to getaway for a weekend and this place was even more than we expected. Great size bedrooms, awesome view of the lake. Very spacious house. I definitely plan on coming back.

A GREAT overall stay. Beds and bathrooms state of the art. Cleanliness perfect. Hot tub wonderful. Only two areas that bare mentioning for the sake of other renters, for the sake of the elderly, the pathway to the dock needs to be mentioned, not accessible for grandparents who want to fish with grandchildren. The stairs also need to be stated, for same reason, the elderly. Otherwise, a Truly a wonderful property.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
