広々としたフロントポーチには8人用のホットタブがあり、日中はボルダー湾を、夜は星を眺めることができます。 一年中利用できます。

のんびりとした住宅街の向かいには、自分専用のドックがあります。

4月から10月の間、天候が許せば、2つのカヤックと1つのカヌーを提供します。

Everything was absolutely amazing, we brought our boat and the dock was perfect! Kids played in the lake on the kayaks there! Being in Boulder Bay was nice and quiet! The house has everything you need and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Location is amazing and the access to the dock really made the trip. Things inside could be updated a bit. Bbq requires a lighter to start and the only lighter was out. The spa was low and needed to be filled in order for the spa to heat. Overall a great last minute getaway.

Our stay was perfect. Colleen was extremely helpful and responsive and answered all my questions (even the ones that were already answered by the guide). We loved the view, the access to the lake, and the canoe and kayaks. We fished off the dock and had a great time with our dogs. The fenced backyard had a lot of foxtails but that is probably hard to avoid this time of year. We will definitely be back! Thanks Colleen!

Great Holiday Escape

Great location, so nice to sit out on the deck and look at the water and so nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs. A few restaurants and markets within walking distance and an easy drive to the town. Owner was quick and helpful with questions!

Well-outfitted house on the lake.

We had a great stay at this lake house. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked a lot and never wanted for anything in the kitchen. We even got to eat fresh-made waffles! Location on Boulder Bay is great and canoes were a lot of fun. Lots of outdoor places to sit and enjoy the lake. Spa was wonderful too after a day of canoe-ing. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too close to the village but close enough to get there quickly if we wanted to.

The first time we went to Big Bear, we were hooked! We love the fresh air and all of the activities it has to go with it. Every season has something to offer. We like to go for walks, boating, and skiing. We also spend time in Big Bear Village checking out the shops and restaurants. Fall is our favorite season, crisp air and changing colors.
