This property was great and had everything you needed. Very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The host was very communicative about everything and made the process easy. Private dock with Kayaks/canoe and the fenced back yard was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

It’s a nice property, nice location, size was good for us, kitchen well-stocked, beds clean, hot tub was clean and nice. Counters/ sinks/ kitchen were clean. The whole place needs, especially for the price, dusting and cobwebs removed inside and out and clean fans since AC didn’t cool off warm upstairs. Notified host: dirty fans not addressed and told there was a broom to clean outside.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re sorry to hear that part of your stay did not meet your expectations. We did want to mention that our listing notes that the cabin does not have air conditioning so guests know what to expect before booking. It’s possible the heating system may have been turned on inadvertently. Regarding the outdoor furniture, it is cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. Because the furniture is outdoors and surrounded by nature, it is impossible to prevent the occasional cobweb, insect, or other debris from appearing between cleanings. For guest convenience, we provide a broom so any newly formed webs or debris can be easily swept away. The concerns regarding the fans were brought to our attention and have since been addressed. We apologize that this was not taken care of sooner. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the guest experience. We hope you were still able to enjoy the peaceful setting and all that the area has to offer. Thank you again for your feedback.

Our family had a phenomenal time bringing in the new year at this perfect, cozy cabin. Unfortunately, we got a lot of rain on our trip, but our family enjoyed hours of games and beautiful views as we were stuck indoors.Our host Colleen was attentive and easy to communicate with. The house pictures talk a 1000 words so don’t have room to say the best experience we had. The house is equipped for all four seasons. This trip was in the winter season. The views and tranquility made us wish we stay longer. The snow and clear skies in the day created such beautiful landscapes. You have to be there for yourself. In the house, coziness and warmth made our experience unforgettable.

Everything was absolutely amazing, we brought our boat and the dock was perfect! Kids played in the lake on the kayaks there! Being in Boulder Bay was nice and quiet! The house has everything you need and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Great Holiday Escape

Great location, so nice to sit out on the deck and look at the water and so nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs. A few restaurants and markets within walking distance and an easy drive to the town. Owner was quick and helpful with questions!

The first time we went to Big Bear, we were hooked! We love the fresh air and all of the activities it has to go with it. Every season has something to offer. We like to go for walks, boating, and skiing. We also spend time in Big Bear Village checking out the shops and restaurants. Fall is our favorite season, crisp air and changing colors.
