O apto é novinho, bem espaçoso com ar condicionado e tv na sala e nos quartos. O condomínio é excelente e conta com uma piscina maravilhosa e uma vista de tirar o fôlego igualzinho nas fotos. Os proprietários são super atenciosos, recomendo a todos!

Apartamento Perfeito, Condomínio Incrível.

Só tenho elogios a fazer, o condomínio é incrível, todo novinho, tem uma piscina gigante e uma boa área de lazer para crianças, da pra curtir bastante. O apartamento é perfeito, tem quartos grandes, uma boa sala, cozinha toda equipada e também é todo climatizado. A localização é estratégica, agente fica perto de Cabo frio e também de Arraial do Cabo. A Dona Alice é um amor de pessoa, e conhece muito bem a região, ela da dicas preciosas. Eu super indico, Cabo Frio e Arraial do Cabo são paraísos na terra.
